The Medallion Restaurant

The Medallion Restaurant was a convenient choice on a rainy March Day. A Full Lunch Buffet was offered for $11.95, Soup & Salad only for $8.95. Chicken Noodle Soup was good. Tuna Salad & Chicken Salad were included on the Salad Bar, along with Rolls, so that was a good value. Some of our Members chose the Full Buffet, not so much for the quantity, but because of the tempting Desserts!

Crappy menu. Had a burger with bun that was so soaked juice that I had to eat it with a fork and knife. The broccoli that I ordered "less cooked" come out as mush. Frozen broccoli, obviously. The replacement fries were obviously frozen crap as well.

Very quiet place to sit and have coffee and delicious breakfast buffet. Finally a place in memphis that I look forward to frequenting!

I need a few more visits to sample all of their menu items. It is a lunch buffet. I'd arrived at the end of lunch at 1:30pm on a spontaneous move. They were gracious enough to allow me to select from what was still out. But, what I did have was quite delicious. I had steamed veggies, with a side of rice, salad and chicken. For desert there was chocolate cake and brownies that were really scrumptious. I was offered their beverage selection but had water, instead. The atmosphere is relatively decent, too. You should check this place out.
