The lunchbox is a great deal and the food inside is holds more than enough for you to fill up! I love the crescent roll but the honey mustard is the way to go on your sandwich or wrap! Great service they are always fast, pleasant and helpful! Cute little Jackson sandwich shop with the best hams you will find in town!

Directions were slightly off but this was a perfect lunch stop on our way to Memphis. Delicious, well constructed sandwich, fresh ingredients, good price, air conditioned, plenty of places to sit.

The other Ham Company *we all know their name, would not accept our prepaid card to purchase our Christmas ham, so we went to Heavenly Ham to see if they could help. Wow, they had comparable prices, nice friendly service, nice and clean location. We pulled a piece of ham before we were out of the parking lot for a taste and YUM! We will use our $50.00 card, but it will be our last with that old company. We are converts to Heavenly Hams and so excited about it. Thank you Jackson, TN employees. You saved our holiday and what would have been a wasted 50 mile trip too.

My employer gave me a heavenly ham for Thanksgiving. While I appreciate the fact that my employer appreciates us employees enough to give us something during the holiday I wish they appreciated us enough to give us something that tasted descent and looked good. I thought their hams are supposed to be glazed like honey baked hams are. The ham I got was a huge disappointed. All of my family and friends agreed.I do not work for a very large employer and I assume either they could not afford the honey baked ham or simply wanted to save money but in my opinion they did not save a penny. As they say you get what you pay for.Maybe next year they will just give us a gift card or something worthwhile. I certainly hope it is something worthwhile but most importantly not another ham for this company. I will have to consider changing jobs if so! LOL

This is, by far, my favorite place to eat for lunch. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, sides, etc. and there's even a cute little cafe in the back of the restaurant to enjoy your meal. Though I'm bummed that they don't offer their famous "Cucumber Salad" as a side anymore, I still come back again and again for a sandwhich with their famous honey mustard, plus their delicious peanut butter cookies (they are to DIE for). If you go on a Wednesday you can get a boxed lunch for $5.00, but be prepared to wait in line because everybody's there!

Could have bought a better ham at Kroger. The old saying you get what you pay for isn't always true. While I saved some money compared to honey baked I still wasted a lot. The ham was grocery store quality. The next time I want a great ham for my family I'll go to honey baked. I don't mind spending money for quality but I hate to waste money and that is what I did at this place.

I've eaten there for years and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, the portions are good for the low price and the cookies are always fresh. My family always has a Heavenly Ham on the dinner table for the holidays and we're always sure to take home leftovers.
