The Gin Lot

We stumbled on this place driving to Nashville and were surprised to say the least. The first thing that I saw were four draft beers including Stella Artois. Wow. They had a great selection of frozen specialty meats and their own jams, jellies and condiments. And, they have ice cream which topped off a beautiful drive in the country. They were working on an addtion to the store so it looks like good things are to come.

Very nice quite laid back atmosphere. Top notch Beers of many kinds, local brews from Memphis and Jackson TN or regular Beer on hand also. The salads, wood fired pizzas, smoked wings, BBQ nachos and delicious small desserts/ice creams are awesome, very much worth any wait while you enjoy the atmosphere of the small town world. The service is good and a very busy place, sometimes they sell out of the most astonishing items so stopping in early is what we have learned plus beats the crowd. Large enough area for groups of 10 or more great gathering place for inside or outside dinning. Highly recommend!!!!

This place deserves a chance. A locally owned, farm to fork pizza place in the tiny town of Dancyville, TN. They have a small selection of locally brewed beer and a really interesting (and tasty) selection of pizzas. We had the monster (essentially everything), the funky chicken (a twist on BBQ chicken) and umami (mushrooms). All good! The crust is great. They aren't very quick, so get a beer and sit on the porch. Enjoy the farm equipment passing by. It's worth the wait.

My partner, my brother and I drove from Brownsville to the Gin Lot tonight to try it for the first time. What a disappointment!! We got there at about 6:30 PM and were told that they "couldn't make any more pizza tonight". The menu at this place is about 90% pizza, and they can't make any more at 6:30 on a Saturday night??It's unlikely I'll ever go back for poor service like this.
