The Front Porch

This place is called The Spot not the front porch. So it's a bit confusing. Tried to get the ribeye sandwich but they were out. It's a brunch menu. Tired toe shrimp and grits and the honey hot chicken sandwich. Very well seasoned grits the fried were not salted but still ok main dishes were delicious. Had peach cobbler and it was ok. Not hot so ice cream wasn't really melty. Not the best but ok. Great service and speed was good on food.

Didn't eat here after stopping in the restroom before sitting down. I saw this sign (and the state of the place) and became very concerned for the safety of the food I might consume.

I'm a regular Saturday breakfast person. My whole family goes, we love the feel and people that work there. It does get really busy at times, so patience maybe the key.The price for a breakfast buffet is decent. Love coming here.

Great eatery on H412 heading towards Jackson. They serve a complete breakfast or lunch with reasonable portions and pricing. The ladies that the run the place are top notch and the food never disappointing. Honest folks, clean restaurant, hot food delivered with generous smiles and country hospitality.

This is such a strange little place. I say that because there are always cars there, when you walk in it's very adorable with a neat little gift shop, and the staff is super friendly but.......the food is just plain terrible tasting. Definitely food service almost everything. Everything tasted like it came from a can or box and was just heated up and some things left on the buffet way too long. There were 6 of us trying this restaurant for the first time and we all agreed never to go back, it tasted that bad. Really wish I had gone to the McDonald's down the street for breakfast instead.

BEST breakfast around here. Everything down to the salt and pepper was phenomenal. We were passing through on our way to Cali and roomed next door at the Rama inn. DO NOT be scared of the amount of cars and people there's always room and PLENTY of food. The staff were so delighted and eager to attend to our every need.

Very good lunch buffet. Friendly staff. The food was hot and very nicely made in the buffet. Had great dressing not many buffets have that available.

Floor in the kitchen was dirty. The service was just acceptable. Food was decent. If you are as lucky as I am, you get seated at a table where no one has that area. People can come and go & there you sit

I went there after staying a night at the motel beside it. The food was terrible, but they had great service. If you're starving it's an okay breakfast, but I would recommend save your money and just go to Subway or McDonald's!!!

Went for the breakfast buffet and wish we had gone to McDonalds. The eggs were all but raw and tater tots are not for breakfast. My Daughter had a 15 min. wait for pancakes. Bad food and bad service. I could not even get a refill on coffee. Will never come here again.
