We are at the Enid Depot one weekend in August while we were camping at Wallace Creek (Enid Lake). We made a reservation and went a little early for a typical dinner (4:30 pm) but it was very nice. The building is historic and there are some neat displays all around the dinning room. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were excellent. and the food was delicious. I recommend giving the place a try. They have live music beginning around 6 on weekends and that is always enjoyable.

We had a great experience here. The scallops were amazing. The steak was great. Service was excellent. We were seated right next to the band, and I was worried it would be too loud, but it was the perfect volume level. There's a lot of tables, but you should still call and make a reservation. There's cornhole outside.

Fantastic atmosphere and food! Never thought we could find food like this in MS. The Wagyu Beef Wellington was prepared perfectly, the prime rib portions were more than plentiful, and the desserts were excellent. This is a charming little gem that we will certainly return to visit!

First let me say it's a little off the beaten path but certainly worth the drive. It's located in a nice well maintained older building. The outside is welcoming and the inside decor is pretty cool. Not an extensive menu but several tasty options, mainly seafood and steaks. We had the crab claws and onion rings for appetizers and both were spot on. Our table followed up with fried shrimp, fried oysters, blackened shrimp and blackened red snapper topped with crab meat and crawfish Julie. All the entrees were excellent. The grilled asparagus was done perfectly as one of our side options along with tasty baked potatoes. The wait staff was very friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Our appetizers came out shortly after we were served our drinks, followed by our salads which were the perfect size before our entrees were served. A great dining experience and we will be back.

Our family made our first visit visit to hidden gem. First, the building is a former rail depot. The steaks are fabulous. We really enjoy our visits. Steaks are great! Sides too.My son-in-law got the Beef Wellington. Very expensive, but outstanding and was large enough to feed a family. Tip... you need to call them two days prior if you are going to order. This restaurant is great for a special event. While the cuisine and service are outstanding, the prices are high. So, while we do plan to go back, it will be for special occasions. Enjoy!!

What a wonderful restaurant this is! We drove down from Hernando MS. because of a recommendation from family members to see what the buzz was about. It is an idyllic drive over the Enid Dam to this jewel of a place. This has been a steak house for about three years but is the recent ownership of a young chef Brent and his wife, since January of 2023! There were seven in our party and we had six filet orders and one blackened red snapper order. We stared with an appetizer of the fried onion rings that were outstanding and enough for our table. The entrees were cooked perfectly to order and served with smiles and attention to detail. The seafood order of blackened red snapper was topped with fresh crab Julie - crab meat and some mixture of cheese and breadcrumb (I know there was the crab meat ). According to my brother-in-law it was excellent. The steaks were all a chef Brent "special" with really tasty brown glaze (made painstakingly using roasted beef bones to get the broth etc. according to chef - I ask a lot of questions). The steaks were about 16 oz. of prime filet! ordered med. rare - delicious meat! Manage your expectations for the price considering the high cost of beef. We paid around $45 each for the steak meal including bread plus salad and choice of cream spinach or potato of your choice. They do have less expensive entrees such a pastas and chicken dishes but the steak dinner was very reasonable in todays market ( maybe even a bargain considering most of us got two meals out of our dinners.)The last thing we ordered was possibly the best! Deserts made by chef Brent he started his career as a pastry chef y'all!). We had Limoncello Tiramisu. It was beyond good. It was "The Best Restaurant Desert" I may have ever had. (In my business travels I have enjoyed many great restaurants all over our country at company expense ) So for a nice detour from the ordinary promise yourself you will drive down and say hello to Chef Brent and his family. I don't think you will regret it!

$72 for an entree and appetizer. We would be okay if the flavors were great, but they we're average. Service was poor. Friendly when they came by, but hardly saw them. Group of smokers right by the door so nobody else could enjoy the outside area. Will not be back

It's a charming, interesting location. We had 5 in our party. 2 of us had steaks, one was well done and the other medium well. Both contained more fat than meat. The taste of the meat was good though but too much fat. 2 others had the alfredo pasta which was delicious but it would've been nice to have had the option of topping it with grilled chicken or shrimp. Shrimp was the only option, and we dont care for shrimp. I had the fish and it was a bit dry, not bone dry bit it should've been more moist than it was. That particular meal was way over priced for what you got: slice of fish, 4 pieces of asparagusand the Julie sauce with shrimp and crabmeat. I did think the Julie sauce complimented the fish but I didnt eat it because of sensitivity to shrimp, gave to my spouse with his steak, he liked it. We all had salad before the meal and 4 of us didnt like the homemade dressings (honey mustard and ranch). The one other person liked the balsamic vinaigrette. Two of us felt the ranch didnt taste like rach, but rather buttermilk. 3 of us had baked potatoes: 2 said their potatoes were barely warm. One person said the sour cream tasted funny, like there was a twang. I thought the honey mustard had a mayonnaise-y taste. I didnt finish my salad because of this. Pieces of bread given with the meal were tiny, like for a child. We also had fried green tomatoes and onion rings for appetizers. I've had better onion rings: it was all batter and onion wasnt thick enough; just seemed like you were eating fried batter with barely a hint of onion. The fried green tomatoes didnt have much seasoning. But another person in our party liked them. Was very annoying to have a little girl constantly running and jumping throughout the restaurant. I gathered she was the daughter of someone who worked there. But her activity level hindered the ambience. Our server was VERY nice however and very attentive. 2 other individuals with the restaurant came to our table also to check on us. Another puzzling thing, though: why the clear plastic plates for the appetizers and the clear plastic cups? Our salads and entrees were on regular plates however.
