2-3 stars. 3 for the food and 2.5 for the service After checking into my hotel, I decided to have some dinner here before bed. It's located inside the hotel, right next to the lobby.I knew that they were closing at 10pm, so I hurried down around 830-9pm. You walk in and there's a sign that tells you to seat yourself, so I did just that. I waited for a couple minutes and didn't technically get greeted right away.I got lucky because the gentleman who checked me into the hotel was actually in the restaurant talking to some customers. I wish I got his name but I know it started with an M...kind of a long name when I read the name tag. If it weren't for him, I probably wouldn't have been greeted for over 5 min. He didn't even work at the restaurant but he gave me the menu and my water and tried to find the waitress, which he later pointed me out to her.The waitress was really nice don't get me wrong, but not being greeted right away kind of put me off. This is how the service was through out the whole week. Even during breakfast or hanging out at the bar took awhile to get someone's attention. As for the food, I thought it was pretty good. I ordered the Seared Ahi Tacos, came with 3. The Ahi tuna was tasty, along with the Wasabi aioli and the wonton taco. They were just pretty tiny. Also ordered the Four Points Salad, you choose your own dressing. Salads are pretty hard to mess up and I ate the whole thing... but I felt like the combination of feta cheese, walnuts, and avocado was kind of weird. Might just be my opinion thoMy company gave us complementary breakfast buffet so I'm thankful about that. The buffet is in a separate room within the restaurant and had the basic breakfast foods (eggs, bacon) along with toasts, muffins, and breakfast burritos. The breakfast burrito was my favorite :) I would also steal like 2 pieces of bacon since I couldn't wake up early enough and I'd take it on the shuttle bus with me haha. The hotel gave us a voucher to show for the breakfast buffet...but no one ever asked for it. Could other people just walk on in there without paying? Cause no one paid attention to me when I'd walk on over and get some bacon. (But maybe they saw my work badge and knew I was with the company.. who knows)The restaurant itself is nice and spacious. They also had live music on Tuesday night

Set inside the Four Points by Sheraton, the Edge is a combination of bar and restaurant as the name states. The bar at night is a solid 2 star. I've been here numerous times and the customer service is never great and the mixed drinks less than desired. I had an adult Lemonade, which is on their "special" menu. It was not good at all and I don't think it had any alcohol in it. I had the breakfast buffet 2 mornings in a row and the food was okay, nothing great. The service the first morning was pretty good (a 3 star); however, the service on morning 2 was not. While he was extremely friendly, he was extremely slow. Dishes were piled up on the table and there was no attempt to take anything away. At the end of the meal, it took forever to get the bill. I'll go ahead and give him a 3 because he was so friendly, but otherwise, it was a 2 star experience. Overall, I would give the Edge a 2.5 star but because I've been her numerous times and nothing seems to improve on their customer service in the lounge area, I'll keep it at a 2 star.

Food was surprisingly tasty. However tonight was open mic night and the speakers needed to be turned down a few notches. It was way too loud. Our waiter wasn't too welcoming to taking our "dine in" order 30 min before the kitchen closed, but 1 1/2 hours before the establishment closed. I thought it was pretty rude to ask to clear our table of dishes (our appetizer plate which was half done) when we were still eating (I was half way thru my burger and same with my husband and his sandwich).

Nice atmosphere and an OK bar selection, but on the night we were in the bartender was not noticing any empty glasses at the bar and each time had to be flagged down with orders. The bar seating was only about 1/4 full and he stood at the other end visiting with employees rather than tending to customers.

Would have loved to try their food but we had just gotten Starbucks and thoughtlessly brought it in with us. The only thing the hostess / server said to us was "sit anywhere you like but you have to take your drinks out" WHILE she was assisting one of two other families in the restaurant. It was probably rude to bring outside drinks in, but I got the impression there's a reason no one was eating there. We definitely lost any curiosity about The Edge and won't be back.

My son and I wanted to have the breakfast buffet. When we walked in, there was a sign stating, "Seat yourself." We did and there was only one server for the entire restaurant. We had to flag him down to order water. We checked out the buffet and the eggs, sausage and bacon trays were empty. We couldn't find our server, so I had to go out to the front desk to let them know the buffet staples were empty. These service industries are trying to cut every corner possible by cutting staff and it is negatively affecting the service level. I will not stay at this hotel again because of this experience. There was also a man sitting behind us that had ordered off the menu and had to ask multiple times about the status of his food order. When we left, he still didn't have his breakfast. This is not a reflection on the server who was running around trying to do the best he could. This is purely a management issue. Too bad, because the hotel itself was pretty nice.

Pleasantly surprised by quality of food and beer. Had a burger but it was waaaay better than average. The local beers on tap were very good. The service was okay, not bad but nothing spectacular.

I was very disappointed with the overall experience. The restaurant is in a good location in a Sheraton hotel, but the rest of the experience was mostly so-so at best. The variety of menu selections is sparse. I ordered blackened salmon. The order was served in only a few minutes, which gave the impression that it was pre-cooked. The salmon was slightly overcooked. It also was not blackened. The broccoli was not the normal light green color. It had a brownish tint and was mushy. The rice was very dry. The price was also relatively high. Despite the disappointing food, the service was exceptional. They had live music; however, I felt sorry for the group because only a few people were in the restaurant. I will not consider returning.

Good ribs! Not the usual flavor of barbeque. My wife had the catfish which had a nice flavor and was moist, not over cooked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would eat here again.
