So velvet Cream (The Dip) blocked me on Facebook for a bad review and sending them a message stating how unbelievably salty the burgers and season fries were. And instead of getting back to me in the messages and explaining what happened with the total let down that was my 17 year old daughters birthday dinner that tastes like eating salt out of the shaker they got petty without hesitation and deleted my review on here . It's ok I'll stop in and speak with the owner on this situation and post what is said to further inform people on why not to even bother going here anymore. It was at one time a great place to get food from but now that they believe in dumping salt on everything to the point it's uneatable, I wouldn't take my worst enemy here

The velvet cream has an addition onto their building of the day it is a part of the ice cream place and it has punches upon thousands of food choices ice cream choices in slices you can also drive through and get the one desert of food choices you want. So many varieties to choose from.

I honestly wasn't impressed. Their ice cream is pretty good, but the food left something to be desired. The wait was also pretty loony.

Really impressed with every aspect of this place first time going here and the service and food is fantastic. Prepare to wait a little while because the lines are long but it was well worth the wait. Would highly recommend the burgers and chicken as well as delicious mozzarella sticks will definitely be returning. Thanks for the great food and service!

Their customer service is trash. Not to mention everything overpriced there. Their little app is not customer friendly and it put mayonnaise on my brother's chicken sandwich when my mom didn't want mayonnaise and didn't ask for mayonnaise on it and they made us pay for a whole other sandwich to get it fixed and then threw the original one away! If you're gonna charge me for a whole other sandwich then let me keep the one that y'all messed up on too. I ain't going back and neither should anyone else. Do better!

Poor place has really gone down from what it was 6 or more years ago. It used to really be the only game in town and that's when it was good! The burgers used to be sloppy yummy with all the fixin's and now it's a prepackaged hamburger that as salty as a French fry and dry as Arkabutla is now. I swear I think they are precooked in the morning. The ice cream cones sometimes are so soft that the cream (powdered) runs down your arm immediately! The shakes sometimes are so so sugary (like the caramel) I threw it in the garbage! Very overpriced and so mediocre it's a crying shame. They used to be so good and then, just not. I hate that it's done such a 180 turn. I will not even mention the older man with the boyish hair that runs the joint. He's another huge huge reason for us no longer giving the place our business. I hope someday that it can come back to its old glory but it's been so long that I can't think that it ever will.

Way to pricey the food is awful the help is very rude and if you want a heart attack go to Dip /velvet cream the manager will not help you I will not go back

Most of the food is good, but the prices are ridiculous, especially when some of the food is awful. One of my family members saw the owner of the establishment and politely said to him that the burgers were far too salty, and his response was "Well, then just tell them to be put less salt on it". After some more back and forth, and her very politely complaining, he exclaimed, "Well nobody else has complained!" This is terrible customer service. It's not how you get good reviews nor continued business. There was no apology, and he had the audacity to raise his voice and talk down to a customer who was very politely and calmly making a complaint. If you can't act professionally and politely and instead lash out and vastly escalating the situation, then you don't deserve our business.

My favorite place to go for a burger and tots. However, they are expensive and you have to pay for everything separately. Definitely not a place you want to go with a big family.
