The City of Parkers Crossroads

This is a great park that is also the site of a Civil War battlefield. They have a nice walking trail that gives a bit of history of that battlefield.I find it fascinating that these battlefields are usually so peaceful. Maybe the land itself just saw the violence that befell it and now just wants peace or maybe the ghosts of the fallen seek that peace.This is just off of the interstate and definitely worth the slight detour. I definitely recommend here.

Wonderful place to visit. Area is beautiful and well kept! Definitely recommend! If your even close to the area wether you are visiting or live here well worth the time to explore!
