The Cadre Building

Attended a wedding here on 8/17. Other than the fact that our family had two phones stolen off of our dinner tables while we were dancing, this is a very nice venue.We tracked our missing phones using the location finder and it showed that they were 2.5 miles away in South Memphis. The phones were shut off shortly after and we were unable to retrieve them. The wedding planner was great in this process but the rest of the staff were no help.

The Cadre facility is simply beautiful very impressive walking into this place is like walking into grand elegance and you can see the history all over this place a true beauty to behold.

Drove from outta town to meet the coordinator and no one was there when I showed up. I called. Emailed and text and no reply 5 days later. Beautiful vicinity but the professionalism was too much to over look. Still never received a call or email returned. I had an appointment scheduled as well.

This place is such a nice venue for so many different types of events. The main ball room is quite roomy with different levels leaving the limits to how you use this facility only your imagination. Beautiful columns and architecture allow you to be very creative with your decorating.As I was only here as a guest to the event, I cannot rightfully judge the staff for setting up your event, but a clean and beautiful facility leaves me to guess that they are probably very easy to work with. The only fault I could find with our visit was how uncomfortable the chairs were. I am not sure if they are brought in from a different service, but they were not comfortable for long periods of sitting. If you are on the hunt for a location to hold an important event, I would highly suggest that you at least give this place a chance. There are a lot of beautiful facilities in the Memphis area, and this is definitely one of them.

Excellent aura and atmosphere. I like the spaciousness along with the decor. The event taken place "The Yelp Awards" is very exciting. Cool hats and attire was a site to see.

Came here for my cousins wedding reception and I was absolutely floored at how gorgeous this place was. Now it could have been the wedding planner but the way Cadre is setup they knew to make it phenom with all the different structures and layouts. There's different levels that you can just do with what you please. She used the upstairs for VIP area and Open Bar and the mid section was for more guests and cake cutting and then the main floor was seating, aw amazing food and dance floor with I believe a STAGE spot. This place is the best of the best for parties and I was happy to finally see the inside!! I saw it once from a MTV sweet 16 episode and that didn't really do it justice. It is really a beautiful venue. Any event planner with the opportunity would be in creative heaven here. Guaranteed.

This is a beautiful facility. I love the columns and the chandeliers. There are different levels and sections. I could see a wedding reception here. It's very elegant. I would love to come back.

Beautiful venue. Slightly awkward layout in the times I have been to an event here. Chandeliers, gilded columns, coiffured ceiling is stunning. GREAT place for a fashion show as long as there is a lot of extra lighting. Lighting is a problem here as are acoustics. Parking can be confusing as well.

Went to the yelp awards dinner with my beautiful girlfriend and had good drinks good food from several local dinners and was a good time thanks to joelle the party planner well get to more events had fun
