Beautiful view, staff, and we have never had a bad meal here. Best restaurant in north west Tennessee by far;

Great food, great service, unbelievably beautiful view... perfect

It's a good thing there are no chain restaurants near Samburg, Tennessee, because none of them could hold a candle to the Boat House. Two of my children and I had lunch there today and for the same price as a sandwich and a bag of chips somewhere else, we got catfish fillets, a huge pile of french fries, beans, cole slaw, and some delicious hushpuppies. The hush puppies, in particular, were light and fluffy, unlike those you would get at a national fish chain. I had the white beans, which came with a few bits of pork, and were quite tasty, while the kids had the green beans (which were meatless) and I am told they were just as good. Saving the best for last, the cat fish was excellent. The breading was so light it threatened to take flight. In all, I would strongly recommend this to anyone visiting Reelfoot.

We had excellent and fast service even on a Friday evening. The salads were ample and delicious and the bread fresh and warm. So good! We were very pleased with our dinners - the blackened catfish and grilled shrimp. Everything adjusted to our liking. After spending more than twice the amount for dinner at the Blue Bank the night before, we're going to remember to come here next time instead!

Food was plentiful and cooked well. Service was very good and bathrooms were clean. Only negative was dead fly that had been squashed on the window which grossed me out to where I lost my appetite. I informed the waitress as we left. View of Lake Reel Foot was beautiful. Food was reasonably priced, would definitely go back there again.

Service was quick & friendly. Everything was coked perfectly & delicious. We had the fried catfish plates & there was plenty of food!

Nice little diner. Great view of the lake. We split the 3 meats and sides and there was so much foodBest part... they keep the restaurant at like 70 so since it was 90 degrees out we were comfortable in shorts and a t-shirt

Food is great. Every fish they serve is really good and cooked well. It sits right on Reelfoot Lake overlooking the lake. Sunset is the best time to go. Service is always friendly and pleasant.

Just got back from The Boathouse, dinner was good double bacon double cheeseburger with fries and house salad. Burger was more than I can handle it was delicious. That said and done food and service was great the only gripe I have is when I paid at the counter with my debit card I was not asked if I wanted to put a tip on my debit card cuz I already left one on the table then when I got home and looked at my receipt I had noticed they charge me 53% for a tip I had a $27.44 meal and I paid $14.61 for a tip without my permission who gives 53% for a tip, kind of not happy right now with the folks that run the place might not ever go back, food is good though
