This is a copy of a letter that I sent them via email. They never responded. This is sad considering this is a training institution for future restaurant employees and owners:Good Evening,It is 8:06 pm on Saturday October 5th. My family and I have been sitting here since 7:00. Pm. We do not have one crumb in front of us. There are only 3 occupied tables. Among the menu items that you do not have is asparagus, greens, chicken, shrimp, macaroni, oxtail ravioli, sweet tea, lemonade, and a few items that I have forgotten. It is safe to say that you don't have 50% of the items on the menu. This is easily one of the worst dining experiences that I have had in a very long time. I really had high hopes for this place. I usually would be compelled to post on like Google or Yelp, however, for some reason I think that maybe this is a wrinkle in the universe. The music is good. Fix this please...8:22pm...ribs and salad are on the table. My family love the ribs . But I was just informed that there are no mashed potatoes.They did offer a discount. I appreciate that.Please fix this(Note: I still paid $192 and we do not drink alcohol-2 adults and a child)
