The Baker’s Corner

Baker's Corner is a mighty fine gluten-free haven in Desoto County. No matter how crazy busy life may be, my wife and son make their way from Southaven to BC in order to stock up for the weekend. Sometimes I'm the driver, and am glad to go along. Many options, savory and sweet! Beautiful pastries! From the perspective of a wheat eater in the family, it's worth the trip and worth the price. Such a great addition to the area. Gluten free sweets Yay!!!! Decorated cookies and custom cakes. Breakfast items and lunch. The chicken salad is a must try.

Great food and atmosphere along with a pleasant staff. The salmon avocado toast with the spicy honey is worth the trip. And I love the latte menu too!!!!

Highest accolades to Baker's Corner Angel Food cake mix. I have tried many major brands, but none compare to Baker's Corner. The resulting product is excellent in every way. It's easy to use/ prepare. I highly recommend using this excellent product!
