Two To go orders, two separate occasions. First one, two sides were missing. OK, everybody makes mistakes so let it go.Second to go, no topping for loaded baked potato, no bread, and the steak was overcooked.Pay attention to the bad reviews.

Food is always good unfortunately the staff is about as dependable as Taco Bell when it comes to giving you everything you paid for. Picked up our dinner only to find out once I got home they had left out the salad, chili and fries. Drove back across town after calling, picked up the rest of the food and checked before leaving to find they still had forgotten the chili. Waited on the chili, drove home and once I opened the salad found out they gave me the wrong salad. Back across town for a third time only to have the hostess get rude once I arrived. Your staff screwed up multiple times and now you're gonna get mad like I'm in the wrong? An hour and a half after picking up the first part of my order and I finally have everything. If you are getting take out from here take out everything while at the store and verify it is all there.

We've never dined in here, but we've gotten to go several times. Every single time except once, it's been perfect. Our last visit, they missed quite a few items, but I reached out and gave us a gift card. We'll definitely be back, but it's a good reminder to check our food before we go.

Used the app to get on the waitlist and it worked fine, only had a few minutes to wait. Waiter came over promptly and drinks arrived promptly. Far cry from last time. Also didn't have a waitress calling me baby. Finally got the Rattlesnake bites, was quite underwhelmed. They were very soggy and greasy like they hadn't been deep fried recently or long enough. Also had to grab some plates from the table next to us seeing we weren't provided any for our appetizer. Salads came out promptly and were very fresh and crispy. Been waiting for 20 minutes for our meal. The table next to us who came in after us has been served but we haven't. Now I am sitting here watching 6 servers dancing when they should be serving their customers. Just was informed that it will be a little longer due before we get our food! When dinner finally arrived it was good and bad. Wife had the pulled pork dinner which she really enjoyed. Me, my 12 oz hand cut strip steak was again over cooked and flavorless due to overcooking. I give every restaurant two chances and they have not come thru. They really need to teach their cooks or chefs how to make a steak properly. Micha was outstanding. At least the place was very clean.

Let me begin by saying that I usually have good experiences at Texas Roadhouse. Most locations I've visited have been quite good. Not this one! Wait time was 60-75 minutes - no big deal since they were extremely crowded. We waited about 15 minutes and found an opening at the bar and sat there. The bartenders, Ian and Evan, were excellent! They made great drinks and were very attentive and helpful. In fact, those 2 guys are the reason for my 2-star review. Otherwise it was one, since zero stars isn't allowed. We ordered an appetizer(cheese fries) and waited maybe 10 minutes for it to arrive. It was good - hot and fresh. After a few minutes we decided on entrees and placed our order. That's where things went south. My wife wasn't extremely hungry, so she ordered a bowl of chili. I opted for a burger. It took nearly 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Let's start with the chili. It was delivered to the table with no spoon, so the bartender had to go get that. Then, when my wife took a bite, she discovered it was cold. Not warm, COLD - like it had been sitting out for some time. Moving to my burger. I ordered it medium well. When I cut it in half I discovered it was VERY well done. In fact, the patty was crunchy. Oh, and my very burnt burger was also COLD! How in the world is a charred piece of meat served cold?? I'm sure it sat for a while. We were so disgusted we called for the manager. She apologized and offered us replacements, but both my wife and I were done. We had already waited 30 minutes for food and did not want to wait longer. The manager did not charge us, so at least she did the right thing. We paid the bill for drinks and the appetizer and left. Again, I will say the highlight of our experience was the guys behind the bar. Ian and Evan were great, and I would go back for a drink provided they were there. Otherwise I'll stay away from this location. If you want a better Texas Roadhouse experience in the Nashville area, I would recommend the Murfreesboro location over Spring Hill.

Btw, this is fried sirloin. Never ordered it before but it's different than online reviews. What I received was at least half crumbs. The meat was almost like ground beef and separated from the breading. Both of them are flavorless. It's disgusting and no one wants to eat it. My guess is that they have staffing issues recently and the cook and servers left so they are disorganized. Food and service are equally terrible.

Great steak!Great customer service. I love how manager comes to the table to introduce themselves. Even though they were busy everything was in a timely manner. Our courses were spaced out perfectly. Would recommend and will be back.
