Heavens, this place is busy!! Came on a Sunday afternoon around 2:30 hoping it would be an off time and therefore less busy. Nope! I utilized the call ahead seating option and when we got there we were seated immediately. It was packed! And I'll tell ya, the obnoxiously loud happy birthday schtick was fun when places first started doing that a few decades ago. But it has loooong since warn out its welcome, in my opinion. In this one meal we endured THREE of those over-the-top way-too-loud yelling-at-the-top-of-their-lungs happy birthday renditions. Damn near agony!! The food was pretty good. Reasonably priced. It isn't the best steak but it sure isn't the worst. I had been craving steak and this scratched that itch. Oh, and those yeast rolls are still amazing.

Great service, food was good as well. Server was great. But the rolls!! They were good but it's best you call them little balls. They were so small, then it takes forever for them to bring them out.

2 years later, I felt I needed to update my review. I still love the food... when you finally get everything. We have had appetizers that didn't come out until we got our main meal. Same for the salads. There was one time we didn't get our salads until after our meal and by that point I didn't want it because I was already full. Our bread usually comes late as well and we have to remind the server. When something is forgotten and we have to ask the server for it, especially when it comes to sauces (that they asked us about when taking our order) some servers seem irritated and put out to have to get it. I understand when servers are busy, but it's multiple occasions we've gone and every server seems to have way too much on their plate. I don't know how they function during a shift. Again, love the food, but between the over loaded servers and the small seating areas, this place has really been stressing me out when we go.

Very cold inside. Everyone was freezing. Sweet tea was watered down, mixed drinks had too much ice and were not good. Service was ok. I ordered the 3 piece catfish and the pieces were so small that my mother and I sent it back. The server lied saying they wouldn't do anything about it and when The manager came over she knew nothing about us asking fora couple extra pieces but it was too late, I had lost my appetite. I'll probably never return here again.

ON ANY GIVEN DAY!! So a funny thing happened today, hubby wanted a mid-day date and we are at Texas Roadhouse for late lunch. I swore I would never go back to TR anywhere in the country. But it was a surprise, had to oblige Driving down the street I thought I had booked a reservation however no reservation was found when we got to the desk? Not an issue they seated us immediately!! Great Service as always, and WOW what's great date!! Tried a Jamaican Cowboy and it's "Makin' me Smile" Thanks for the start of our midday date PERFECT!!

My recent experience at Texas Roadhouse in Horn Lake, Mississippi, was disappointing. As with every Texas Roadhouse location, this place was busy, too! But....They ran out of many drinks and food ingredients. We had to change some of our orders three times due to missing ingredients. The timing of the appetizers, salads, and dinner was all wrong. Our new server tried to improve our experience, but the manager did not intervene. We had to ask for our appetizer after our food was served and asked for things that usually come with the appetizers, such as sauces and bacon on potatoes Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverage did not meet expectations despite the additional charge for a premium brand. The manager refused to come and speak to us. With this experience, I would consider other Texas Roadhouse locations. This place is usually my favorite place to eat. The saving grace was that the steak tasted great. This location' management was a disappointment.

I had not eaten at the chain restaurant before so I was not that thrilled about eating here mainly because I am usually not a chain food foodie. Let me just say that I was impressed with my food, the service and how quickly they got our food out and served to us. The place was packed and I thought we would be there for awhile but we were seated and served in no time. Our food was great!

Curbside service was quick and friendly. The food was good. I had a small ribeye and sweet potato. The ribeye was cooked medium, and it was still juicy and flavorful. The potato was HUGE.

Came here to celebrate my dad's birthday and the experience was not bad but it was not the best either. My dad really like this place and I can see why.We got on the waitlist for a party of 10. Everyone in your party must be there to be seated. We were able to get seated immediately when we arrived. Waitress was doing her best but she had to take care of a lot of people at multiple tables. The rolls are amazing. I really like that cinnamon butter. The salads could use a bit more lettuce but they are pretty good. There were no complimentary peanuts. Not sure if you have to ask for them but they did not come. I ordered the steak and ribs combo with loaded sweet potato. The ribs were extremely tender but I cannot remember the taste. The steak was not the best quality but it is good value. They did cook the steak to my liking and the steak sauce made it better. Loaded sweet potato was decent.

One of the best places in Desoto county. We always sit at the bar, chealsea, will take GREAT care of you. The steaks are great , the prices are even better. Sit at the bar at chealsea will make you want to come back.
