Variety of yummy ice creams Swept Friendly's Customer Service cool chill vibes very helpful friendly staff. This location is really nice and new flavors the new sorbet the new sherbet the new gluten-free ice creams. The new watermelon and strawberry kiwi and the new gluten-free chocolate is called the fudge brownie it is tasty.

Love the new addition to Thornwood. Now we have an ice cream shop we can walk to literally mins away!We love the small cute place where it has indoor and outdoor seating. There are so many selections from 10 diff soft serve flavors to 12-14 diff scoopable ice creams. The self serve toppings are pretty awesome too.Come one, come all! Who doesn't love ice cream?

Love the outdoor seating with umbrellas outside! As well as the lady that was at the register, I didn't get her name but she was the absolute sweetest and very welcoming to everyone that walked in through the door. She's the best. Very clean inside.

This is our favorite yogurt stop in the city! We like the yogurt here much better than the TCBY in Brookhaven. It's always clean and the staff is so friendly. I love the low fat vanilla and chocolate swirl while my daughter changes it up every time. Today she had the Reese's milkshake and said it was AMAZING!

We love going here and it is a great addition to Germantown! However, it grosses me out a little bit that the topping are self serve. Little kids are pouring on their own toppings while touching others and spilling into different containers. I've been twice where I watched a totally hot mess of an experience in front of me and it grossed me out of using any toppings at all. Think snotty noses and then picking up spilled toppings and putting them back into their containers... Not a great design plan.

Friendly service and good choice of flavors. Great to have a location close by to enjoy dessert after dinner in the neighborhood

I was so happy when I learned TCBY was coming to Germantown! After spending so many years driving to Brookhaven Circle to get my favorite white chocolate mousse this was a welcome surprise. I will say one thing though: the yogurt does not taste as good as the yogurt served at Brookhaven. Not rich, sweet, or smooth enough. Slightly grainy yogurt. Perhaps it has something to do with the new self serve machines (they look different than the ones at Brookhaven Circle). I also am a little disappointed this TCBY is "self serve" at all. My first trip in, the nice young ladies working behind the counter were just kind of talking and socializing with each other. I would've rather seen them engaging with the customers and preparing yogurt for local kids and families since Germantown is such a family friendly neighborhood. I think residents deserve that. Check those yogurt machines! I'm going to stick with Brookhaven Circle as my go-to TCBY location for that tasty white chocolate mousse.
