Great food i love this food truck i come here frequently the steak burrito, chirozzo taco i quesadilla are delicious

This is my go-to taco joint in town. I'm there at least once a week. Always get the chicken tacos with green sauce. Great folks and is clean as clean can get. Their green sauce is awesome and unique. I am a follower of fine food, and their tacos are as good as it can get. Cheers.

Came to this food truck for lunch. Ordered the spicy pork quesadilla and the steak burrito. Both were a good size. Food was made fresh to order. Cash only

Higher than a 3, but not quite a 4. I've tried El Guero twice in the past few weeks, and the food is quite tasty. The prices are affordable, and the staff is friendly, not to mention quick with your order. It is somewhat unfortunate that it's cash-only and that the menu does not clearly explain the prices and/or contents on some menu items. Everything I've had so far has definitely passed the taste test though.The tacos are decently sized and go well with the salsas they offer. The al pastor has been my favorite after two visits. The burritos are gigantic for a Memphis street vendor, and they're loaded with a great variety of fillings of your choice. Notably, the burritos are almost all meat. The chorizo is the ground sausage, lettuce and cheese. The Texano is steak, chicken, chorizo, lettuce, and cheese. Beans and mayo can be added as well, but they're filling on their own.The chorizo is pretty good, but just know that it can cause a burrito to drip an almost alarming amount of grease, which is to say it tastes pretty good once you drain some of the grease. Still, both burritos I've had have contained chorizo, and I found myself somewhat surprised by the grease at the end of the burrito and how much made it onto the plate/napkins.All in all, it's quick and affordable, while still hitting the spot. Just make sure you have cash.

We went in search of this recommended food truck on a Saturday morning-we found it and were not disappointed! The burritos were hearty, well prepared and served freshly made. They came with fresh radish, cucumber and lime on the side, as well as two sauces. The chicken burrito was meat filled and very tasty. The steak tacos were also excellent. The service was friendly and the price reasonable-check it out!

Great tacos and great price. I stop by here anytime I'm nearby. Authentic food with lots of flavor.

I recently moved to the Millington area and I've been trying out lots of taco places because I'm craving street tacos all the time. So far, these were the best yet! I tried the asada and the pastor tacos. Absolutely delicious. Only $2 each and they came with cucumber, onion, lime and radish on the side. I got the green salsa and it was hot!
