This place is amazing! If theres one thing i love its birria tacos and the ones here are some of the best ive ever had!!! They load you up with meat so its so worth it! The service was fast and efficient and the food was nice and hot!

I have come here 4 times now and I haven't been disappointed yet. Their birria tacos are some of the best in the city... dare I say the best!! It's perfect. I never think to give a review before I eat because once I receive my food I'm already eating . I recommend everyone trying them at least once and I guarantee you'll be back for more.

It's a solid 4.5 stars for me... we'll round up to 5 though!We ordered chips and cheese dip and this was your standard fare... very very delicious! My husband got a side of rice and I got a side of beans. The beans are heavenly!!! Would come back just for those (and some chips) sometime. My kids loved those, too. Husband and kids loved the rice!My steak tacos were FILLED with steak. I feel like they're a great bang for your buck. Also? No chewy pieces!!! Big fan of that. Flavor was great. Husband seemed to enjoy his chicken tacos, too. Every bite got eaten. We will be back.

What can I say? I grew up in So Cal and Mexican food was the norm. This place takes me home every time I eat their tacos. Even the little things like the tortilla. They have picked the right tortillas to use for their tacos. Love this place!

This has been the greatest Mexican food truck that we have tried in Memphis. Their steak quesadillas, steak tacos and steak burritos are superb. On top of that, this is the food truck that has taught me how much I love salsa verde and horchata. We stop by here every tome we go to the Cordova farmers market and get our usual orders. The last tome I was here, they were unfortunately out of horchata but the nice young man taking orders offered me a melon water drink that was SO delicious and refreshing. Great food, great people, great hospitality. Cannot recommend them enough! I'll edit to add photos next time we go!

Having moved from LA, where the Taco scenes are crazy, we were looking for places/food trucks similar. Taqueria La Guadalupana has fulfilled that craving and their tacos hit the spot. Asada and Spicy Al Pastor are well seasoned and my favorite! Going back for more!
