I pass by this food truck all the time and have been wanting to try it since I saw it had a 5 star rating. One night not too long ago, the temperature dropped and was very cold. My husband and I decided to go get dinner and I suggested we stop at this truck and bring our food home. It was about 4:30 and the truck had some outside lights on and beverages sitting out. The open sign wasn't on and the sliding window was closed. Two vehicles were parked by it so my husband goes to the window, but no one responded. We left and went to Kyoto. After Kyoto, I wasn't satisfied and asked him to ride back to the truck for a few tacos to try. We rode back to the same situation. It was weird and we never got to try them that day. So... a few days go by and I had a doctors appointment that was over around 10:30am. I drove to that truck and FINALLY got to see a face and order some food. I got the lunch burrito with brisket. I took home 3 pork tacos for my husband. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for some hot and freshly prepared food. The plate of tacos were beautiful and my husband devoured them. My burrito was good too, but it was just brisket with rice and beans. The brisket was delicious but I was expecting to see some lettuce and tomatoes or something to break away from every bite having that same texture. Next time I'll get some of their beautiful tacos and try something else besides that burrito. I only dropped a star because of that night all the lights were on but no one was answering. It was a let down. But I'm going back soon. And that says it all.

Updating to a 5 now that I've had the chance to try a breakfast burrito.Eggs, cheese, onions, peppers and chorizo in a warm flour burrito wrap with a side of spicy green salsa? What's not to love?Prices are fair and service is fresh, made to order, and relatively quick.

This place has tasty authentic tacos, I will not get tacos from anywhere else. I have had tacos from here 3 days in the past 2 weeks. The beef I good as well as the pork, the meat is tender and delicious and is seasoned well and not bland like other tacos around here. My mother in law loves the breakfast burritos.

Great authentic food and decent prices!! We eat here all the time. Their tacos are amazing and my husband loves their tortas. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

Really yum! We came here to pick up breakfast. Hubs got a breakfast burrito with chorizo and I got egg & chorizo breakfast tacos. They served it with a side of salsa which was also amazing. We both liked the burrito better because the extra onions and peppers. We are so glad we chose to stop by. Service was friendly, food was made fresh. We'll definitely be back to try some lunch items! Definitely recommend!

This is my go to lunch spot! Price is not to much for the quality of the food you get, always fresh and delicious. Service is always friendly, they can get a little backed up when experiencing a rush, but if you call ahead you can beat that. Wish he had more seating options, but can't complain too, it is a food truck. Overall the best and most authentic Mexican in Ashland City!

The service is fast, the food is fresh. They have really good tortas. However my favorite thing is the brisket taco, it is out of this world amazing!

I've been coming to this taco truck for 2 years now. I've tried almost everything on their menu and I can definitely say this is one of my favorite places to eat. My favorite foods is their tacos, breakfast burritos, and their tortas!! You can add whatever you want with it. It's the same for the quesadillas. So delicious!
