We just had a terrible meal! We have been eating here ever since it opened. We proceeded to get the things we usually get, my husbands egg rolls were cold and greasy. The hot and sour chicken was so tough I could not bite into it. General Tso was in little bites that were hard...could not eat. Everything on that Buffett was overcooked. Then to add insult to injury when we got to the checkout, she said $33.04. What in the world! This is Batesville, AR! We could have gone some other place and been able to eat the food and not feel like we just bought a bill of groceries. Needless to say this is the last time we will not enter these doors again.Debbie

It's a small town buffet with highly Americanized versions of Chinese food. The people were nice but it's just not great and most of the dishes were very bland. The hot and sour soup was the worst I've ever had.

Sad place. Not everything on the menu is actually on the menu. No substitution!Not a place for vegetarians. Buffet is very slim, can't say about the food on the buffet, but the order was alright. The Lo Mein noodles not original and definitely not freshly made noodles. Sauce was ok. The Vietnamese menu only on the weekends.No American Express. Will not return. 3 stars I was hungry and now I'm not.

Vietnamese PHO in Batesville!! I'm getting beside myself. Chinese Buffet with the addition of PHO on the weekends (as it takes several days to make). The buffet while not as big of a selection as other Chinese restaurants in town, they more than make up for it by the quality of the selections. If you've had Pho before, you know how good it is. If you haven't, do yourself a favor and try the Beef Pho.Edit - Sadly they no longer sell pho :(

They were RUDE as can be. We paid for 2 orders of rice. Only got one, complained about it and they still made us pay for the order and were so rude about it they didn't even talk to us when we got there to pick it up. Will NOT be going back there!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!!

So much to say!1) Very small buffet... no pork items, only one beef and not tasty. I had an eggroll (no spring rolls there) and it had very little filling and not much taste... only one noodle item and it was OK2) Several items not tasty: the General Tso's was not spicy in the slightest, tasted about the same as everything else... the sweet & sour chicken had no pineapple, so I opted out of that (I realize not all S&S has pineapple, so I opted for the pineapple chicken... which had only one tidbit of pineapple in the whole pan!!) I also had the Mongolian Beef and, I kid you not, the general Tso's, pineapple chicken and even the mongolian beef tasted almost the same...3) $17 definitely not worth it, in the past year I've eaten at Chinese restaurants in Los Angeles, Hollywood, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Miami and Raleigh with far far better food, far larger buffets, and lower cost.

I really like this place! Everything is always hot and ready! The to-go orders are huge and very good! I like to eat there at least once a week when they're open. The Vietnamese staff are always friendly and polite.

Bad customer service I told them the chicken tasted bad and they told me it was my mouth and if I did'n like it not to come back! So I will not be going back to the place again. They yelled at me and said I was just trying to eat for free. Not a very pleasant experience.

The staff here weren't very nice, and I value integrity! I did like the soup though. The buffet is small. The hostess was rude to me and my husband when we came here. We won't be returning, even though the food was decent.

Ordered two take out orders for 30 and when we begin to eat we noticed the chicken was grey and cold. As was our rice. When we called to ask about getting our money back the manager became angry and didn't less us finish what we were saying before handing the phone to someone else. They told us if we brought the food back we would get our money back. So we took another 20 minute drive back there and upon arrive we were told that we would not be receiving our money because "the food wasn't in the bag the way they gave it to us." As any one would do we argued that, that shouldn't be a problem. They began to get very aggressive with us and one employee even cursed at us. My husband who is a manager at a restaurant tried to keep things calm as they kept telling us we were very very wrong and didn't know what we were talking about. In the end we still didn't receive our money back and I had gotten sick from the old food.
