Taco Nganas Food Truck

We were out shopping at the Farmer's Market and realized this was in the same parking lot. My husband heard the tacos were the best and he heard right. My son had the chicken and devoured it. My husband and I had the pastor and shrimp and it packed flavor. The sauce that came with it was also perfect, no too spicy to where I was able to eat it also. The area had tables to eat there under a tent and a play area that had a huge connect four and corn hole. Great way to past time while waiting for the food.

I love when I find a new Taco Nganas! My favorite thing to order is the beef tacos. They are always fresh, seasoned well, and filling. To go along with it, I get the consomé. It just takes the experience up a notch. lol!As far as the service, it seems they were getting everyone in and out quickly. Some kind of way, they took longer than usual with me. I don't think it was on purpose. The staff was super kind and apologetic about it. I love that now they have a space were you can sit under a tent and enjoy your meal if you want to. Pretty cool spot!

I absolutely love their food especially the taco de canasta which is a good deal. 5 chicharron tacos with that delicious cabbage salad #curtido

This is right up there with the tortas you get from food trucks in Houston Texas. It is very good and it will FILL YOU UP. I usually have to eat mine in two different sittings, but it is very easy to get carried away and over-gorge yourself with all the flavors.The green sauce is definitely worth putting in there along with squeezing the lime juice inside the bun for that extra bit of kick.

I've been looking at the hype of this truck for some time now and decided to give them a try. Man when I say the crowd was insane. When you walk up you see the customers listening to music while waiting on their food. When it was time to order the cashier explained what the most popular food items were so we got those . these tacos were some of the BEST I ever had. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Definitely will be coming back to try more menu items very soon! If y'all haven't been here RUN NOW

They gave me my food and left out 2 burritos from the order. I had to burn twice the gas to get the rest of my order. The cashier said it was a communication failure on her part and discounted the price. When I paid and got the receipt, I noticed I was charged extra. I asked and they said it because they charge extra for shrimp burritos. That was not shown on the menu at the truck. The discounted price was still more than what I should have paid. The cashier was sweet, but this was a very stressful experience.

I love this good truck! Always fresh and very flavorful! Will always support them. I just hate that i can never find a page to order ahead

3 stars because the Carne asada tastes exactly like the barbacoa. I've had a lot of barbacoa, and if you handed me this without actually telling me what it was, I'd say shredded beef. Far from traditional barbacoa. Was it good? Yes. Also, no real salsa, just this green stuff with ZERO heat. I should take another star off because the girl taking the orders was on her phone the whole time and the music INSIDE of the truck was so damn loud, everyone had to yell their order.

Amazing. Fantastic. A must try. A gem in the sea of mediocrity. Go for the Taconganas vs the street taco. You wont be disappointed. We enjoyed the barbacoa and the carnitas and yes, even the veggie. I read a review about it being just cabbage and pico...but that is the exact description. It was grilled to char a bit and was delicious. We did prefer the red salsa over the green. A bit more spice and more flavorful. Taconganas were served with a side of cabbage and I found myself adding it to everything even though I was weary at first. I look forward to returning and trying more things. Birria Ramen sounds perfect to me. Run and enjoy! (Ps. The service was delightful. And the atmosphere was fun and casual. They even had cornhole boards and life size connect 4. The murals were bright and done very well.

Food is incredible! We always get it to go, but there are benches for eating there. If it's too cold, you can order and sit in your car and they give you a little thing that goes off when it's ready.
