If you need some groceries, fishing lures, bait, and happen to be hungry all at the same time then this is your one stop shop. All I can comment on this time around is the food.Great BBQ freshly prepared and served with a smile. The meat is smoked 2-3 times per week and is always perfect. I had to try and add this into Yelp without having any cell service just to get this little gem on the map.

If you want some great down home southern barbecue then stop at Sylva Rena in Water Valley, MS. It's a grocery and bait shop which doesn't even advertise the fact that it is a restaurant as well. That's because the food is so good it doesn't have to, in fact they don't because the owner is afraid he might not be able to handle all the extra customers advertising would bring. We really enjoyed the barbecue but we have heard that the steak is awesome as well.

They make the Best Philly cheese sandwich south of Philly! it is killer! Lots of problems with phone being out. Makes it hard to place to go orders....

This is a nice little joint if you're looking for some country cookin'. They have delicious fried okra and pulled pork. The eating area is attached to a bait and tackle shop so keep that in mind if you're looking for a place based on ambiance.

The absolute best burger I have ever had. And homemade ice cream for only a dollar, if you have any room left after the delicious lunch. This is such a unique place filled with locals and tons of kind chit chat. Plus farm fresh eggs for only 2 dollars a dozen. I'm hesitant to even tell anyone about this secret little dive. It's that special.
