Sweet Magnolia

Great service and gelato. I noticed this while strolling around the concourse and I knew I had to try their affogato. I wasn't disappointed. I decided on a classic vanilla espresso mix for the affogato. Delicious! Started with enjoying the creamy gelato and then mixing it altogether. The ambience is part of the concourse with plenty of seating around. There's also about 8-10 flavors like chocolate, blueberry swirl, pistachio and more. It was worth the visit for me.

The flavors are so good and creamery and not overly sweet. It's the way gelato should taste. Service was great and the concourse is always a fun time. Seasonal flavors as well as more traditional flavors. Love that you can test the different options before committing. Third trip here and we will return. Pricey but worth it and so much to see. Love the vibes.

Oh my this gelato is to die for! Has a great creamy texture and great rich flavors. My only down side is the mixed in ingredients already just that mixed in. So you do not get the taste with the base flavors but still very good. You can tell they make it in house. Customer service was great, they did not mind me trying multiple flavors as I was struggling to decide. They also will accommodate your half and half request and the serving size is worth it! Grab your gelato and take a walk around the crosstown building looking at some great local art or the holiday lights.

It's OK... There were very limited flavors when we went... I love peanut butter so the peanut butter version was good. The toffee one wasn't our favorite.I WILL say you get a lot of bang for your buck here. We got two scoops but even one scoop would've been enough for the two of us. Heavy handed - a good thing in this case.

Super sweet little gelato place! Their flavors rotate regularly and while I wasn't in love with the selection today, the quality and customer service were great. It was delicious and a generously-sized portion. They let you sample as much as you want as well. Definitely a nice treat!

Best gelato I have had in Memphis! Parking is really not an issue at Crosstown Concourse, as there is street and garage parking right across the street. Friendly server and nice selection of flavors. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this Gelato. The flavors are amazing. They will let you sample before purchasing. As hot as it is right now, get here!

I love the fact we have a good gelato shopIn Memphis. Surprised we don't have more. Gelato here is perfectly made and they give you a lot for youre money. I am a bit underwhelmed by some of the specialty flavors vs straight chocolate, for example, and I'm always wanting just a bit more flavor. Overall, best spot to cool down in Memphis, and easy to get to/park!

I got the sorbet and my mom got the gelato. This is the best gelato and sorbet I've ever had! It tastes so fresh and the flavors are amazing!

Everything was amazing! The lady working was so super nice and helpful when we weren't sure what we wanted. Let our toddler sample 1st since she's so picky, and then my husband got affogato and I got a cold brew float. Think we were in heaven after a hot jaunt in the zoo. Cute, comfy seating area right next to it to enjoy your snack!
