Supreme Beauty Supply

Very nice beauty supply, that while smaller, packs a lot into a smaller space.This place offers some amazing Indian human hair wigs that are incredibly soft and pretty, and understandably, a bit more money. The wigs overall are nicer than many of the wigs that I've seen in other stores.They also have all of the basics -- nail supplies, makeup, hair treatments, and more.

I am convinced this business must be a front for something else as the owner seems to not want any customers. I have been here several times because it is convenient to my house. The owners are always rude and stare but I am usually in and out very quickly so I ignore them. This morning I came in and the moment I entered I was greeted with an aggressive "WHAT YOU WANT?" . I dismissed this as a lamguage/cultural barrier issue and told the lady that I know what I want. I went to the shampoo aisle and the owner asked again if she could help me. Without looking at her, I commented that I was pricing a shampoo to compare it to the another beauty supply store. She immediately started screaming at me at the top of her lungs "WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY STORE THEN? DON'T BUY FROM ME ! GET OUT MY STORE!" I am (still) completely stunned. I immediately left and told her that she runs her business very poorly to which she answered "GET OUT. YOU CRAZY!". Yeah ok lady. I am not the one who is crazy.

I used to shop here a lot, even though she refuses to put prices on her products. I asked her for the price of a particular item, to which she gave me an answer. I shopped a little more then when I got ready to check out, she told me a COMPLETELY different and higher price for that same item. I realized that she was getting over on people by not putting prices on her items. She can tell you whatever she wants the price to be at that time. Needless to say, I didn't purchase the item from her. She insisted that I was wrong about her saying a different price. I told her that we wouldn't have to have that argument if she put prices on her products. As I walked out the door, she told me she doesn't care if I leave. How will your business thrive if you don't care about your customers? I don't see how she's still open.

I've visited this hair store quite a few times and never had an issue until recently. The lady followed me around and then asked I zip my purse as to imply I could be stealing. I told her she didn't have to worry about me purchasing a thing. The selection is limited anyway!

Clerks in the store were not very helpful. They did not greet me as I came into the store. There were not any other customers in the store, and yet I was not asked if I needed help with anything until I was about to leave. Upon leaving, the clerk was calling the police because she believed I was stealing. I will not be visiting this store any time soon.

Like the other reviewer said even though it's smaller than other beauty supply stores their selection is top notch. I have found beauty products here that all the other stores do not carry. For example, this store carries the ENTIRE line of eco-styler gel and I haven't seen that in any other beauty supply stores in the area. If you're trying to find certian products and they are not sold in bigger beauty supply stores, check this one out!
