Superlo Foods

It is not often that I go to Superflo. However, I recently discovered that they have one of the best produce selections that I have come across in a while and it super affordable. This is a place that I definitely grab and go and try to make the visits less frequent as possible. The parking and the service could use some work. But. hey if you go in, grab your product and come right out you should be fine.

I was reminded why I haven't been to this place in so long. Store has an unpleasant odor as soon as you enter. Product selection is very shady. I'm not a fan of a lot of generic brands. Haven't had many generic brands that were quality. This place is filled with generics.

Rude service asked associate for help. Aisle 13 trying to ask another question he sees a dude man look at that ass I'm following it ( talking about another customer) makes a comment I've been watching it since she came in. Really I got with management oh I'll take care of it . Well the more I thought about it I became more upset . The manager then called him up front. I told him I don't want him up here Yes I returned my groceries. It's not about the money it's the respect

The Customer service was horrible an employee hung up on me and when i called back didn't answer and the employees was highly Inappropriate i DO NOT recommend going to this location

if I could give no stars I would. August 17,2023 at11:30am I went into superlo foods on Watkins in Memphis tn to get a couple of things for me and my kids. I went to register 4 and there was a rude person fussing about the last customer she had. very unprofessiona. I go to put two things on the belt and told her I'm ringing those items up separately. she then replied with the nasties attitude I have ever seen in customer service "uh well I already rung up that water" so I said well they are being paid for separatel. her face the entire time was balled up and looking mad. if you do not want to be at work do not go because the customers haven't done anything to you. your personal life needs to left at home in your personal space. she has an attitude so that caused me to just say forget the groceries I had and I left my basket at the register. my shopping experience at this store was ruined and I wouldn't recommend it. the woman in customer service with red and black braid is also ALWAYS rude. never speaks and after she does your transaction she still doesn't say anything. A simple hello and have a nice day would be fine. This store is obv hiring just anybody. I literally waste my time in this store. neither one them need to be viewed by the public if they are going to show ignorance. The woman at the register was mad before I even walked up and this is not the first time I have had a problem with this lady and she's yet there? She needs to leave and not on suspension because she's apparently not learned from the last on. Now I had to drive all the way to another store to get my items.
