Subway Restaurants

Every time we come here something is messed up. Every single time! I orders a BMT. Look at this picture of my sandwich. There are two or three little pieces of lettuce. Really?!! This is how much lettuce I get?

They did a complete overhaul of this location and it looks so much nicer inside now. They managed to make more room for seating without taking up more room.The staff was on it. Knocked out the sandwiches fast even while doing a large order for someone else at the same time.Though we only got veggie delights, everything was fresh and tasted great. Can't ask for much more.

I have TRIED to give this Subway location the ability to provide customer service or even a hello or smile on several occasion. But they have disappointed us for the last time today.The service is beyond horrible. The staff talks about how tired they are, their personal lives, how many customers they have lost this month, and the worst of all.....their now oooozing wrist tattoo.Other Subway locations around the city are friendly, professional and their employees are "wound free" (or at least cover up) ; and I will patron those locations. However, Arlington is better than this. Today was the last time I will ever walk in or out of this location.

I was surprised these guys can't even properly fold sandwich. This is the most disgusting sub I ever had. Don't know who hired these guys.

This location has a few nice employees, but every time I go in there, one lady (shift leader, maybe manager?) is always incredibly rude. I went in yesterday, and when my sandwich got to her for vegetables to be added (after making 3 maybe 4 peoples sandwiches in front of me) she took her gloves off and told the lady on the register to get on the "line" and she was going to the back to work on some stuff. The lady at the register went to the "bread" area and the "bread" lady went to the veggie area. There were roughly 5-6 people in line behind me, but no one else entered at the time the lady said she was going to the back, except she didn't, just stood there with the bread girl. When the new "veggie" lady started making my sandwich, she told her to stop and get on "bread". She went back to the bread section, and at this point no one was making my sandwich. When she got done with the next customers bread the lady came back and said sorry, she would finish my sandwich. At this point, the Lady who still never went to the back, told her again to stop making my sandwich. She does something new like this every time I come in the store. The last time I came in she berated me for not wanting to get a combo meal saying getting a combo is cheaper than getting a sandwich....? What? I don't expect amazing service when I come to subway, but I also don't expect someone to be so blatantly rude because I don't want to order a combo or need vegetables on my sandwich.

There were 5 booth tables, 3 of the high tables with chairs - all dirty! We ended up finding a small two seat table, but the chairs were dirty. Sandwiches were good. There were no other customers when we came in and saw two employees. Two customers came in while we were sitting and their orders were to go.

Ordered a meatball marinara sub, but whoever made it put no marinara on the sub?? Who sends a sub out like this?

Ordered in the app around 2pm on a Wed, order was wrong, AGAIN. paid for extra cheese on both sandwiches, and some extra veggies- NO extra anything. Literally two pieces of cheese on my footlong. Last time they didn't even cut my bread (YES I had a footlong loaf of bread, uncut). The workers gave attitude and rolled their eyes at me before I even said anything, so I didn't bother asking them for a lid for my large drink (because they had failed to restock the lids by the drinks and I didn't want to create any more problems). Get it together!!!! Bad employees RUIN a business. 0 stars. Spend your money at panda China next door instead or even Sonic.

really good service...food was great...GREAT employees. especially this one girl i don't remember her name but i'm pretty sure it was emilee..

Nice typical subwayThe food is good, as you would expect, and they are particularly good at moving the lunch crowd through quickly whenever I've been here during lunchtime. Friendly staff, too.
