Subway

Subway chains are going downhill. Subway will have coupons, but for some reason, you may not be able to use them depending on the location. The Subway off Germantown Parkway by the tekila restaurant is one of them.These foot long treats that they are promoting.... basura, they are quick fix microwave items that somehow are still not good because they don't really heat them and come out heard at times. The service is mediocre at best. The ambiance is the gist of most subways. I didn't care to go through or see if they had a restroom. At this point, my sub urges will be at a firehouse or ANY other sub place that chooses quality over quantity. (If you haven't noticed, large chains are becoming low quality).

I ordered 3 foot long tuna sandwiches. The best sandwiches I had ever had in 20 years. Talking about fresh this is the place to go. I'm an SO happy I found this location. It's not close to me but it worth the extra miles drive. The service is amazing. I lived in San Diego, Los Ángeles and Panamá and Memphis and this is the best experienced ever in Subway. Kudos

I ordered a salad, which was made according to my order. However, when I sat down to eat, I realised I don't have fork. When I asked for one, the staff told me they were out. The young lady behind the counter did not even apologize, only shrugged when I told her she should have mentioned that when I ordered salad.

I have had many questions regarding our experience with Subway. Since I was recuperating from surgery, a friend took up our order and unfortunately assumed the orders were correct.However, to ever return with an incorrect order should never result in being charged again for the replacement! That was our main complaint and that we were never apologized to or received any compensation for our trouble. (Multiple calls to both the corporate and local offices have resulted in nothing.)

Time for a review update, sadly. Something has definitely happened lately to cause a huge drop in the quality of service which is a huge bummer.As others have said, being shorted on the meat and veggies is common, forcing you to pay for extra if you want the amount you were originally entitled to. Ugh. They're totally out of cookies (all types) by late afternoon. They'll be out of bread too, and fairly common ones. How do you run out of wheat bread? Or American cheese?Go to the location on Appling, it's maybe a five minute drive from this one so it's not out of the way. It also has a drive through which is a small bonus. The service is way better there.

It was going well until both people working went out side the front door to smoke leaving us alone inside. Then came back in and went back to work. It was pretty foul.

I come here at least once a week, great staff and great environment! I haven't had a bad experience since my time coming. I don't see why they have such a low review rate

First time visiting this Subway & everything was great! The employees were kind & the establishment was clean. They offered suggestions & helped me picked a meal.

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had in a restaurant! The staff here are beyond rude. They threatening, belligerent, and bullying to the customers. If you go here, never question them if you think they have over charged you! I made this mistake, but i wanted wanted to avoid confrontation and decided to pay, even though i told them i thought it was wrong. After paying for my food, they refused to give me my sandwich on the pretext that I had "disrespected them" by questioning them. They frightened my eleven year old daughter who has had bad experiences with bullies in the past. And having to endure this abuse in front of her was unbearable. Please, please! Do not set foot in this restaurant! It is not a safe place for anyone!
