It really makes no sense to me that Subway spends so much money advertising with flyers in local newspapers and such, when the franchised stores refuse to accept the coupons. This is a bait and switch tactic at its finest. Lure you in with the promise of special promos, but don't honor said promos in store. It's terrible service, looks bad on the brand, and makes customers hate Subway. None of the stores within a drivable distance from my location accept these coupons. I already know the reply will be that franchisees have the option to opt out of promos, but my feedback stands--this is a bait and switch tactic that only low class businesses resort to.

I went into the store on 5/31/24 with my daughter. The two female employees were cussing at customers and within their conversation with each other. It was very unprofessional and extremely rude. Below is a glimpse at one of the conversationsCustomer at 9:35 p.m. : "Can I please get a slice of pizza."Employee: "we closed it already!!"Customer: "Why?"Employee: "Because we did. It ain't up for discussion. The f***?!" Eye roll. Then they continued to speak to each other about previous customers that wanted certain bread for their Subway sandwiches. One employee said they responded to the customers by saying, "I didn't feel like making any more of that bread. That's why we don't have any."
