Stroud's Barbeque

Walked in with a large group right before close, didnt think to check the time. Manager and staff were super nice and polite. Food was amazing, they threw in extra food as they were closing. Banana pudding was to die for, cole slaw was some of the best ive had, everything was super awesomeprobably gonna go back tomm just because it was that good

Good barbecue in Lebanon TN. Probably not worth a long drive from 45 minutes away, but a nice little location for a great pork pulled meat sandwich and the sides they offer. I am generally a potato salad or baked beans guy and I would recommend either of these here, too. You won't go wrong. Just not a lot of ambiance inside, generally a pick up & take away to your home or business to partake of the eats. Just goooooo!

Delicious dinner! All the sides and main dishes were perfectly seasoned and hot when we got home. Drive through moved fast and staff was friendly. We just moved to town and this will definitely be our go-to! Love the daily specials option

The smell of wood smoke is intoxicating when walking in. Smells sooooo good. I had the chicken plate with coleslaw and Mac n cheese. The slaw is vinegar based and has a nice sweetness to it. The mac is flavorless and runny. The chicken tasted like it was boiled, not smoked. There was zero smoke flavor. Service was fast which was the only good part of the meal. Unfortunately, I will not be back. I would've rather eaten a McRib...

I came thru and got chicken plate with two sides. The sides were good. I called because when I opened my plate I saw a glob of shredded dark meat. Looked like pork to me and I don't eat pork. I took one bite and it was terrible. It had no flavor and tasted like it had been boiled and left soaking in water. I don't think I will try this place again.

We were traveling, saw a sign advertising & found Stroud's. We were VERY happy that we did. It was delicious. This visit was two-three years ago; I don't remember. BUT, their bbq IS rememberable. Great stuff. They we're not sting y w their portions; we were totally satisfied. Our only problem was/is we don't live in the area. We'd tell you more about them if we did!

Very very vinegar-y. Good tea. I really don't like my pork thrown in to a styrofoam box. The time before it was in a pint container. For a pound. The ribs were cut but very done. And you'll pay extra if you use a credit card !!!! They want cash......... mmmmm

Good BBQ even better French Fries and Cole slaw. Order came out super quick and hot!! Good T too!!

Went to Lebanon because I had several appts at wilson county Vanderbilt hospital. I live 1.5hrs away. When leaving at around 3:45, i was passing a strouds bbq. I frequent the strouds in cookeville but i live north west and wouldnt be going through ckvl on way home. I stopped and bought a value pack 1, pork with coleslaw. Got home took out of bag and there was one tiny cup of bbq sauce for 6 sandwiches? There was a tiny cup with brown water in it???? Have no idea what it was. When i took a taste of coleslaw it was the worst i have ever tasted. Just by looking at it, you can tell that some shredded fresh cabbage was added to what i guess was old rotten slaw as the new cabbage hadnt soaked up the dressing. It just tasted rotten. Threw the slaw out which i usually put on my pork sandwich and had to pull out the sweet baby rays sauce i had in fridge. Probably be a while b4 i revisit strouds in cookeville as the slaw left a very bad taste in my mouth and its not bbq without the sauce.

The young man at counter is very nice . The manager was very rude. Said we should have called 24 hours ahead for more than 1 pint of slaw . Food wasn't that good . Next intown diffently not on our list to visit
