The entire family from top to bottom are outstanding people. The process and attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend Stoll's if you want to do business with people of high character. They are spot on with their mission "quality " is truly what you get!

Terrible experience!! First off, I paid in advance for the materials for a pole barn and received an itemized list of all the materials, when job was completed there were multiple 10 foot pieces of lumber not used so I asssumed they were mine since I had already paid for them but they said no I only paid for enought to do the building and they took the leftovers with them. Its obvious they are charging you for extra pieces of lumber that will be delivered but not used. I counted all the materials when they were delivered just to make sure I got what I paid for and they did not deliver any more than I paid for. Next, when I first talked to Ben the installer this building was going to be finished in 5 days, well it was not finished until almost two months from the day they started. They started pretty quick but would not show up for a week or two sometimes. Multiple reorders of the metal had to be done because of mis cuts and other reasons. The trucks that Ben was in charge of that delivered sand, concrete, etc. destroyed my aspahlt driveway and one even tore down half of a twenty year old tree all on his watch. Trash left all over the yard including water bottles, plastic cigar tips and cigarette butts on the days they were here. Definately would not get involved with this bunch again.

The labor price this company quoted me on a pole barn was about TWICE as what I was able to have it done for by someone else who did a great job! The company also failed to take personal responsibility for several issues that occurred and blamed their supplier. The quality of materials was, on average, acceptable and materials pricing was reasonable though not the lowest.

The owner, Ervin Stoll, told me the job would take four days. The job was supposed to start on a Monday, but did not. Tuesday afternoon the supplies were delivered, so again no construction. Nothing happened Wednesday, construction finally started on Thursday. According to the timeline given by Mr. Stoll the job should have been completed the following Tuesday, day four. The job actually dragged on for fifty-two (52) days. The first day of construction the brother-in-law of Mr. Stoll, Ben Harvey, tried to gouge me for an additional two-thousand dollars stating the ground was two inches out of level. This is after he drove a tracked skidder onto the ground in question causing four to five inch ruts in the wet ground, and before he even bothered to check the grade with a transom. The day before construction began there had been two and one quarter inches of rain. Mr. Harvey could have kept him machine of the area in question, but did not. Every roof truss was covered in mud and had weeds caught between the assembled pieces. Many of the pieces of sheet metal were also covered with mud. There were dozens of sheet metal screws which missed the framing members and now leak water into the building. By far the worst thing about the shop is the concrete work done by Mr. Harvey. I paid extra to use the higher PSI rated concrete, and for a six inch thick slab, and two slab-to-grade ramps at the two overhead doors. I did not get the ramps, instead I have two ugly, poorly done, exterior slabs of concrete with little to no pitch to grade. Instead of a concrete slab in the building, what I got was a mess. There are forty-four feet of cracks in the main slab. It is also covered with blisters, voids, and gouges from the power trowels. I called Mr. Ervin Stoll to come out and take a look at the concrete work along with Mr. Ben Harvey, and they both tried to sell the defects as normal. I refused to pay the contracted price for such shoddy work, but I am still stuck with a leaky building and cracked concrete.
