STIX Express Downtown

Food was very fresh and delicious.. the portion for one was large .. service was extremely friendly and quick. This little express place is so cute on the inside ... I loved it and the food was great .. I'll definitely be back ... got mine to go and it was ready really fast

We were walking and stopped in for drinks. Ended up getting sake slushy. It was good! We got it 2 for 1, and it was only like $10, and it was worth it. They had it in 3 flavors (apple, watermelon, and peach).They had hibachi as well, but we didn't have any (we just ate). But it looked and smelled great.

One of my favorites in Memphis! Food is delicious. I can alway walk in and place my order and be back out the door in a timely manner

OMG. The Teriyaki Salmon is out of this world. We were so pleased with our order and we plan to return. It was also made quickly and the curbside process ran super smoothly. I will be back!

The server was very nice. I liked how she remembered my name. That was a nice touch. The food was just ok. I will have to go back to try something else. I had the Diablo shrimp hibachi and it was not spicy to me. The vegetable were cold. The crab wontons were fried a little to hard. I will give them another try and try the sushi next time.

One thing that's very unforgiving is over cooked salmon! As a professional, it's cringy to see cooks stab a hole in your protein to check for doneness and that's exactly what happened today! Albumin (white protein that oozes when it's over cooked) was all over the filet and it was ripped a new one straight down the middle! I was very dissatisfied with my fare today! Back to Fam I go for the always perfect Teriyaki Salmon! On the plus side, the veggies were delicious and crisp, just wish there were more to make up for the salmon! The young lady that expo'd my order was very polite and professional! And a cute pregnant mama! Hopefully they'll correct this with the kitchen staff!

Me and bae decided to go to Stix because it's 10 mins out from Mud Island. I ordered Hibachi chicken and shrimp and bae ordered a not so memorable sushi roll. Hibachi rice was ok, had to add soy sauce for flavor, chicken was sub par, shrimp was slightly above average. If it comes down to this or going to Torchy's 25 minutes away, best believe We'll go there.Lady behind the register was really sweet and there was another lady who was very funny and energetic and knew the menu pretty well.

I was pleased with my food. I got the Riverside roll, shrimp hibachi and a ginger salad. It was way too much food for me but it was nice to try a few different items. My favorite was the shrimp hibachi. The guy at the register was friendly and very helpful. I took my food to go but the interior of the restaurant looks nice and clean.

Awesome place for a quick fresh made to order lunch!Even better for takeout order after work on the way home for dinner

Enjoyed the quick service and the music playlist! The food was really good and it was perfect before our Orpheum show.
