Poor service on cigar. bought a $15 cigar that started to unravel and they didn't replace it. They need to take better care of there cigars and customers. will never buy a cigar here again!!!

April 2022 Update: I went for Karaoke night on a Friday and it was really fun! The owners are completely engaged in the customer experience so it made everything worth while.

This is a great hang out spot with friends. I love the atmosphere. The food is great - try the teriyaki chicken!

Visited on. Thursday for the live band. Band was advertised to start at 7pm. However, they didn't start until after 8pm. Nothing was shared to explain why? Sang for slightly over an hour and they were done. $10 cover charge, couldn't justify the worth. Waitress service was slow to non-existent. Hookahs and cigars, so the "mixed air" was a bit much. Menu is limited. BBQ nachos were decent, but again, menu is very limited.

Where do I start? I've been a few times it's a hit or miss. Some days are good and others are bad depending on who is working. The customer service is subpar, you can tell that some of the young ladies do not have experience in hospitality. They'll walk by you instead of checking on you when your drink is visibly empty. I ordered a hookah and when I needed coals I was told it's still warming but I had the option to get quick lights. The food was great, I ordered wings and they were fine.The employees act as if they're customers. Some smoke hookah, drink and take time to serve you. You would think it's a twerk contest as I have witness one lady who's a little overweight always twerking as if this is LoVe and some ladies behind the bar. It's inappropriate especially if I'm visiting with my date. The owners Will and T are not in control. I have seen Will in a corner with his server while my drink was empty. T is always talking and flirting with multiple customers, even my friend.

The live music they bring in is pretty wonderful. The employees are always really cool and welcoming. I really love the whole atmosphere of the place. They don't have a ton of cigar selection but they have enough good sticks to make even a (too) experienced smoker like me, happy. Great place.
