Seasoning truly makes a difference. Everything was seasoned really well. The meats were super tender and flavorful. They seemed to be marinated, which only amplified the taste. If you're looking for a place to eat while still being healthy, this is a good spot. I do wish they were a little heavier with the vegetables though.

I really enjoyed this food! There are not a lot of options but what they have tastes great. They were randomly in Collierville during Pokemon Go Eevee Community Day and I dropped by right before the event to get lunch. I ended up getting my own box but honestly it was more than I could finish. I ate all the meat and veggies but had to throw some of the rice away since we were out and I couldn't exactly save any of it. Next time I am in that situation I would just split one with someone. The chicken is very juicy and has a nice flavor. I added soy sauce and sriracha to the rice since it was just white rice. The vegetables were also pretty good and I would get them again. I would come back if I saw this place again but I wouldn't want to hunt them down.Love:- Chicken KabobLike:- Mixed Vegetables- Rice

This food truck has become my go-to lunch option at St. Jude. The chicken kababs are juicy and are filled with flavor. The seasoning on the fries is phenomenal. If you can handle some heat, their Amazae hot sauce is the tastiest I have had, it's not just hot but actually is very flavorful. Grilled veggies are nicely seasoned to perfect tender grill flavor.

Are you ready for a flavor explosion? I mean how good can grilled shrimp be? So good you'd chase this truck through traffic and beg them to pull over. If you're looking for healthy eats on a food truck they got you covered cause most things are grilled, but for naughty girls like me there are fries and they are GOOD. Bonus: they give you lots of food so its great for sharing.

Baaaaaaaby! I tried this food truck at Audacity fest and they did not play at all. This was probably the best food I had in Memphis and that's saying something in a city with amazing restaurants. The shrimp kebob had me dancing and humming. I choose it because it seemed like a healthy option, I love it because it was healthy and delicious.

I'm a little obsessed with Blue Nile. The food is phenomenal and the service is great so I was more than a little excited when I heard that the owners also run the Stickem Food Truck. I spotted the truck and knew I had to have my tofu kabob. Yes, tofu. Wait, come back and hear me out! This tofu is marinated with spices of the gods and cooked to perfection. Seriously, I can't fully describe the magical flavor profile of this tofu other than to say that even if you come for steak or chicken, you should order a tofu kabob and prepare for your heart to sing.

If foods served on sticks are universally beloved, it would only make sense that Memphis' newest food truck, Stickem, should instantly earn a place in our hearts. The Stickem truck's menu is simple: they serve food, mostly meat, impaled on sticks. I'm glad that they decided to pick a niche and stick with it. Too many food trucks try to be rolling versions of full restaurants, and by limiting themselves, Stickem is able to focus and make great food in a small space. Plus, the food-on-a-stick format works well in an environment where people might be walking and eating or not be able to sit down. When I found the truck parked at the Ridgeway Loop today, they were serving steak, chicken, tofu and shrip in kabobs or on salads. I ordered the steak kabobs and my friend E. ordered the chicken, both of which came with fries, vegetables and a little spear of grapes. It only took about five minutes for the two guys in the truck to make our food, and since there weren't any benches (and we didn't have an office to go back to), we plopped down in the grass and had an office park picnic.I expected the food to be good, but in a food-on-a-stick-from-a-truck kind of way, like a ProntoPup or something. Instead, I was kind of shocked by how incredibly good it was.My steak was cooked perfectly - it was juicy, just a little bit crunchy on the edges, and seasoned with a combination of spices that I'd buy by the jug if they sold it in stores. I don't normally like grilled chicken (it's one of those foods that seems to thrive on dryness and mediocrity), but Stickem's was tender and every bit as flavorful as the steak. As for the sides, the vegetables were pretty good, but the fries were great. They were some of the spiciest spicy fries I've ever had, and I wished I had remembered to buy a drink.Seriously, though, food on a stick is happiness. Stickem is happiness.

I had Stickem at the Mid-South Food Truck Fest. While the wait was long, the tofu kabob Platter was delicious. I had the shrimp kabob added to the platter. It was well marinated, but the shrimp was not big. I saw another food truck with fresh large Gulf shrimp, and my ego was wounded. Overall, nice friendly people and good food.Note: Those that ordered the chicken and steak looked very happy, so going by the speed in which they scarfed it down... it's worth ordering.

Not impressed with in the least. We arrived at Shelby Farms and the people behind the window were very standoff-ish. I told them we came just because they said on Facebook they were going to be there. The one person gave me some kind of sarcastic non-committal, which surprised me. I ordered the rib eye and my husband ordered the rib eye and shrimp. We also ordered two cans of soda. The total came out to be about $22-23. I tried to also say that I initially saw them on the Dining with Monkeys blog, but they ignored me, shut their windows, and turned around to do their thing. OOOOOOooook...Both the rib eye and the shrimp had the exact same marinade on it. Really? Every other eatery I've been to has had totally different marinades for meat, fish and veggie. At first I really didn't know what to think of the marinade, but it grew on me a bit. The veggies were just sauteed and very bland. Overall, both my husband and I agreed that the food and the cruddy service was not worth the price. I will not be going back anytime soon.

Don't use them! I had them reserved and confirmed for a neighborhood fall festival of 50-60 hungry people and they pulled an absolute NO SHOW. PLEASE keep in mind that they were to be the one and only food provider. If they could have contacted me even an hour before the event I could have landed on my feet.Don't use them.
