This place is so doggone stingy. I got 3 napkins (cheap ones), and 2-3 banana peppers on a sandwich. I went back up to ask for more it and was an entire problem. I asked if I can put some in the same cup they let customers put ketchup in. I was told I couldn't because that's considered a side. Y'all have got to be kidding me. Finally he let me bring my sandwich back. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, the banana peppers are FREEI didn't even enjoy my food. Pictured is after I asked for more.

Fresh veggies chicken steak - fast expedited service - chatty mall crowd ambiance as expected as it is located in the Wolfchase mall upstairs food court- if you like steak and veggies (like bell peppers, onions and mushrooms) you should try the Grand escape steak sandwich - if you only like steak & onions( or no veggies/(no onions ) you try the great escape (tell them minus the veggies(onions )if that's your wish) - if your a fan of a little seasoning and a little spice with some chicken and onions try the Raijun Cajun grilled chicken sandwich (with or without onions)!((Your choice))- if your a fan of no seasoning no spice but you like chicken and veggies (like bell peppers, onions and mushrooms) try the Grand escape grilled chicken sandwich- if no veggies or minus certain vegetables is your choice let that be known at the cashier as well Basically any sandwich can be adjusted to your liking with or without certain veggies the same with anything off the grill during your sandwich preparation in that area you select if you want mayonnaise or/mustard or Both same with salt and pepper or nothing also any additional peppers like banana or jalapeños- yep it's your decision even with extra oils and vinegar if you so choose - noting all sandwiches are with grilled veggies, grilled meats- all fries are fresh down to the way the fries are cut freshly in the morning on a fry chopping machine little little to no potato skin left on-fries are only cooked to order -same as the bread fresh warm bread in the bread oven pulled upon ordering

Pretty disappointed with this Steak Escape.Flavor and staff was the only thing getting this place one additional star. Staff was kind, the cook included. Something about Steak Escape flavor is very unique and reminds me of the times I ate at the Mall of Memphis.Portions were small and they were pretty stingy with the meat for the price I paid - almost $10 for a sub-8in sandwich.The amount of meat in the sandwich would have been maybe been appropriate for a slider, perhaps a microwaveable hot pocket. I understand inflation and all but this is unacceptable. Sad day for mall food. :(

I'm giving 2 stars only because how good my chicken bacon club (wrap) was..It deserved no stars because my bf almost lost his tooth while taking a bite into his Buffalo chicken sub. It appeared to be a super old black olive, with acorn consistency, not sure, but it was disgusting and we both ended up not finishing out food. Please do better guys!! Y'all charge an arm and a leg and almost broke his tooth... won't be back and it sucks because we would come twice a month just to eat the wraps there!

I don't visit this location often, but tonight's visit was a good choice. I ordered the grandest chicken, now my only issue was with the 2 mushrooms, 3 onions and 3 green peppers that were added to the grill. I asked for more veggies and was told if would be extra, ok that's fine. Me being "hangry" wanted to know how can you possibly think the small amount of veggies were enough!!! Anyway I paid the extra money, thanked the guy making the sandwich and left. The sandwich was very good, the fries were hot and made to order. I am one satisfied customer!

Steak Escape sandwiches were fine. It's an eight dollar sub sandwich. The Steak tasted ok and the bread was soft. No wheat bread. The sandwich had few onion,peppers and meat. The food was cold when it arrived. The French fries was fine.
