Steak Escape Jackson

I am from California and I stopped here with my wife! I highly recommend this place! The steak and chicken sandwiches are delicious. The fries are freshly cut, loaded and my wife's says, "A party in your mouth!" Stop by soon and try this place, you will enjoy it!

The food is very good the chicken nuggets are circled that make them tasty.the service is fast.the inside is clean and it has a lot of outdoor seating.

We are from California driving by and stopped here for lunch. Let me start by the employees super friendly and the restaurant is very clean which matters to us very much! The steak sandwich (Grand Escape), chicken ( Ragin' Cajun) super tender, and taste was so delicious! So now lets talk about our favorites! The fries (Chili and Feisty Amigo), a party in our mouths! If you LOVE fries like me you must try this place! I highly recommend!

Even under new management, the place was a wreak. The only soda offering was Coke, sprite, and Hi C. There was no salt or ketchup. The tables were sticky. There was ant and roach spray in the cooking area. The whole place was just dirty. Gave it one star because my order was correct.

I can't say enough good things about my lunch here today, 08/13/22. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by Joseph at the cash register. I knew exactly what I wanted and placed my order. Joseph was very kind and very polite. He has great customer service skills. He even included the amount of money that I gave him to pay my bill and told me how much my change was going to be before he ever gave it to me. I had long enough to fix my drink and sit down at my table before Jada brought me my order. The cook was Michael. My fries were hot and the food was delicious. There was also another young lady on duty at the time, but she was working back in the kitchen. Her name is Kansas. As I ate my food, I continued to watch the staff as they engaged other customers who came through the door.Well done Steak Escape in Jackson Tennessee!!!

First timer. Ordered the three cheese cheesesteak. Fast service. Pretty darned good for being so far from Philly. I was expecting not so good rolls. On the contrary it was very good.Excellent job. WILL go again.

Ordered through Waitr. Order wrong. Missing items and items that were delivered made incorrectly. Contacted Waitr who refunded me for certain items. Next time I want a sub, I'll go elsewhere.

It takes way to long. I get there is a labor shortage, but there were 4-5 folks working. There was not much urgency getting food out. They kept taking orders. The cook was doing one sandwich at a time then cleaning it all off like he had cooked 10. The grill is clearly big enough to have 2-3 orders going. Should not take 30+ minutes after you order to get your food.

Places online order that was supposed to be ready at 2;15 pm Drove up there and they had the placed closed with a sign on the door saying taking a lunch break! Was after 3 pm before my lunch was ready, no apology or nothing! Another place gone downhill since they opened! Pathetic!

Average food I think its best to make your own food nowadays the vibes at these restaurants off
