New customer beware! Because of proximity to home, I've now given this salon two chances, with two different stylists. While I'm sure if all you need is a quick electric clippers "buzz and go", you'd be fine. However, if you actually need the top of your head scissor cut evenly with shears, be careful. I've literally been butchered twice and will not be back. Would give one star except that the MVP treatment, hot towel, and customer service are all very pleasant. I rarely write reviews unless a product/service is exceptionally good or bad. Unfortunately, this one falls easily into the latter.

Ava is the nicest person you should request her. Very nice group and get you taken care of quickly!
