Spice Market of India

This market is actually named Janta, but it comes up as Spice Market of India on your maps app. This is the best Indian market I have found in the delta area! They have such a wide range of products, including spices, frozen foods, Indian snacks, and produce. They have fresh sugarcane juice and samosas for sale, if you want a snack while you shop. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, so don't be afraid to ask questions. I recommend coming here if you need ingredients to cook true Indian food!

Great selections great prices great customer service. I'm new to the city and miss my favorite spot for Indian goods in Los Angeles. I had to drive far to get here, but I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of goods and prices.

What a gem! My friend (who grew up in India) recommended me to check this place out, so you know it's legit! I've only been in a couple times, but it has a great selection of international/Indian foods at a low cost. Of course it's a little small and cramped, but all the good places are. Hah.I get my dates here, they are unmatched in their price! It's something like 5-6$ a lb, unreal seeing as every other store charges at least double. Homemade Larabars for dayssss.Looking forward to coming back when I'm in the area to see what all they have lately!

Clean, almost never crowded (that's a good thing!), family run, friendly service, a good selection of ethnic foods, herbs, vegetables and spices. They even offered to order a few things which I was looking for that were not there and sure enough the next time I walked in.... voila, they were available. What more can I ask?

Absolutely love this place. I've always had wonderful experiences here, and the owners are so friendly and helpful. I was in yesterday to pick up some chickpea flour and chose what looked to be just a regular bag at a good price. When I checked out, the owner frowned at the bag and recommended that I get a different brand. He explained that he wanted me to have a really good experience, and that the other flour was far superior. (It should be added that he knows I'm an adventurous cook and eater and I think enjoys the fact that I'm not afraid to try out new things.) I really appreciated his honesty and his commitment to giving customers the best possible experience. Highly, highly recommended.

I love this place! Right near my house and they have a wide selection of wonderful ethnic foods, spices and fresh vegies that I can't find at any other supermarket near me. The owner and his son are very nice, helpful and informative. The owner is very gracious, and offered samples of some of the prepared foods they sell. I'm a BIG fan of this store and wish them much success!

What a great market for spices and Indian foods! The people are so lovely and helpful! A young woman greeted us as we came in and quickly engaged her father to help me with the best spice selection.....both cost wise and which ones are the most used as well as the next level for taste enhancement! I have enjoyed YouTube videos to learn vegan options for Indian foods and his help was exactly what I needed to put together my spice collection in order to be successful! I highly recommend this store!

Wonderful place! The variety of foods, fresh items, and spices is amazing. They even have a good selection of authentic incense and henna. The owners are friendly and are quite willing to help you understand how to best use seasonings and spices they have on hand. They welcome questions and do not make you feel silly for asking. Their prices are surprisingly low for what are to me, exotic foods and spices. This makes it very easy to try new things, which my family enjoys.

we went to third time, their service is very poor.. for while doing billing,they missed some items to pack, after we come to our home only we know that we have missed it.they are very careless, the prices is also very high..the goods also very less,quantity.. and the quality is very poor also.. i feel very bad..others also be care full.
