Sparks Drive Inn

It's been a year since I have been here but it's still fantastic. Good home cooking. Supper one night and breakfast this morning. Highly recommend.

This is another little dive gem we found while getting our RV serviced in Red Bay, Alabama. It's a family owned restaurant that offers a multitude of choices that you can't go wrong with. My wife had the catfish filet with baked potato and coleslaw. She said that it was some of the best catfish she's ever had. The coleslaw was excellent and was only missing some green apple bits to be perfect.I had a double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions that I loved. It was a "greasy spoon" delight. This place had a dinner buffet that was pretty epic. Great choices for proteins and their sides looked delicious. We would definitely come back again.

We went here for a my hubby and a couple we were with who love the fried fish. My hubby said it was ok but the veggies were not fresh they were canned and not much flavor. I had a BLT which was ok but pretty flimsy on the bacon. Fries were frozen but ok. Not many places to choose from around the Red Bay Area.

We stopped here for lunch while staying a few days in Red Bay, arriving a few minutes before 2pm and so missed out on the sold-out cafeteria style food, but we ordered cheeseburgers off the menu and they were really good. We'll come back for breakfast! Servers were pleasant and helpful.

The food was good and it is just a friendly mom and pop restaurant. The service was good

We stopped in for lunch, just beat the crowd.The layout of the restaurant is a little odd, you either order from the cashier or go into a cafeteria type layout to get a tray, utensils, then start selecting. Desserts are the first selection . There wasn't a server, so you have to wait on yourself.I had fried chicken tenders, fried squash, white beans and cornbread. My wife had baked ranch chicken, fried squash, and Mac & cheese. The food tasted good, but her chicken wasn't warm enough.$12 each included drink and dessert.

Not much around ResdBay, AL; we found this restaurant. Nothing significant but the food and staff were delish!They have homemade desserts which were equally delicious

We were looking for a late dinner. Checked the Sparks menu and they had pizza!Not expecting much we ordered a pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper pizza. It was delicious!!

We've only done breakfast there, but it was great. People are extremely nice and the food is hot and good. Definitely recommend this place.

REALLY good food but if you get the homemade chicken strips they are very veryyyyy small
