Food was ready in 5 min after I put in my stall number. Friendly service. I love the hamburger here and theway they repeat ur order so I get what I ordered Will definitely order every time I want a burger.

Giving the time that i waited while it was quite busy i got attended a decent amount of time. But my order wasn't heard correctly and the girl was kind enough to offer to place an additional order for me but I certainly wasn't going to wait more. I also didn't receive everything that i paid for.

This place has to be one of the worst in the city. I am sure of it. If you are in a rush this is not your place. I guarantee that. It takes at least 10-15 minutes to get drinks. Yes you read that correctly for drinks... Food is always lukewarm and I can never understand why since they take the time to kill the cow for the burgers. I just don't understand where the time management is with this place.

What can I say! I am a girl from NYC and the only Sonic around is hours away so the fact that I can just go anywhere in Memphis and eat at a Sonic is pure happiness lol Its so bad for you but yet so good! For the most part this location has good customer service and my order has always been correct. Good greasy food, decent customer service, can't complain!

I hate this location but I go because it's so close to my house and I love slushies. But for some reason everytime I order a slushie they bring it out MELTED. If I wanted a big cup of BLUE JUICE I'd say that. Then I always say light syrup just to avoid it being so watered down and they STILL BRING ME A WATERED DOWN SLUSH. My boyfriend got it for me this time and needless to say it was already melted and we live directly behind this location. It's really bs that I spent $3 on a big cup of sweet *** blue juice. TERRIBLE.

There was a piece of plastic wrapper inside my hamburger, so I knew it couldn't be sanitary and threw the food away. One of their male employees was literally making out through the window with a customer in the car next to mine. Like WTF? I would give zero stars if I could.

I pushed the red button at 4pm. It took 10-15 mins before my order was taken, which was 2 small blasts. I assumed they may be short staffed, so no worries. I paid and tipped via CC and waited, and waited, and waited. Had I not paid already, I would have left. At 4:50 I pushed the red button again. A male promptly answered. I politely asked him about the order I placed and told him I had been there since 4. He asked what I ordered and I told him 2 blasts. He then asked one turtle and one reeses? I said yes. No further response. About 5 mins later, Kaitlyn, the server according to the receipt, arrived. She didn't say a word. She just handed each blast and then the spoons, and then turned away. That was our correspondence. When I got home which is 2 miles away, I discovered they were both melted. To think I had even tipped for such poor service.

They closed have their stalls saying they were out of order. We stopped and asked a staff person what the story was. They said they stalls were not out of order but they were short staffed. Is it more honest to say short staffed and not out of order? People would understand that better.

Honestly, if you want sonic. Choose a different location. Not only do they get the order wrong, but their equipment never works. Since when do they make you physically move a vehicle closer and then proceed to tell you their out of something or the machines are down. Poor management. Freddy's is just around the corner.
