This was our first visit and the food tasted great. It was around 4:30pm and between the lunch and dinner rush so we actually had the whole place to ourselves. The owner was very helpful offering us his recommendations and everything we had was very good. I had one of their signature dishes, the meatloaf, with excellent mashed potatoes and green beans. My partner had the blue cheese burger with fries and he raved about it. We shared the caramel cheesecake for dessert and also enjoyed that. We'll definitely be back!

Such a warm and welcoming feeling you get the minute you walk in. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was great. The owner even came out to say hello and thank us for visiting. Very "homey," feeling. Definitely will be returning.

We've been meaning to come here to try it, and finally had the chance. Inside is open and very clean, plenty of places to sit at 9am on a Friday. Greeted immediately by one of the owners and coffee given very quickly. Hubby got the country fried steak and eggs and I had hot chicken and waffle. Everything was very tasty. The owners are extremely friendly and wanted to make sure we were happy at every opportunity. We will come again, and you should too! Support small local businesses.

First of all the food was wonderful. More than ample portions! A fantastic deal on a scrumptious meal. My wife had the Chicken tender plate and I had the most delicious meatloaf! Side were excellent and the sweet tea was perfection in a glass. We will definitely make this hidden treasure a regular stop. Would like to thank the owner and staff too. They were extremely friendly and obviously take pride in their work!!

Great customer service, as other reviewers noted. They even gave us some bottles of water and sweet tea to take with us when they found out we were hitting the road for Mississippi. We were trying to eat light so we didn't try any of their specialities, but the food we tried was good, especially the biscuits.
