Smooth Living Health Food

My coworker told me about this place and I decided to give it a try. I was so glad I did because it was very tasty. I love the artwork that adorned the walls of the restaurant's interior. The wait time was a little lengthy and ate up my lunch break. However, I just know to call ahead next time. A hidden gem not too far from my neighborhood. Where do I start I have been eating at this establishment for at least three years at both locations. They have some of the best smoothies I've ever tasted, and also they have some very delicious wraps. I normally order the Santa Fe wrap or the passion smoothie those are my top tier as well as the hood rolls. Everything on their menu is made to order if you go also make sure you try the spuds they are also very delicious and they give you a very large portion you will never be hungry after you eat there highly recommend! went here on september 23rd to try out the salmon nachos, honey gold chicken and shrimp hood egg rolls & cabbage which apparently turned out to be " red cabbage " but that was clear in the menu. first red flag was i stated to him how i really didn't want spinach on the nachos he acted like he couldn't took them off or quote on quote " recommended " if i am paying my money for something please make it how i ask . next, when i got my ordered i noticed how the cabbage barley had anything in it , keep in mind the 12oz cabbage was damn near $10 and in reality the side was only 8oz so i still got cheated . when i told him about it he basically was trying to be funny on how it posed to look that way so i asked either for a refund of they put THE CORRECT amount in the cup . overall i rate this experience 3/10 . the nachos " my favorite were amazing, also the hood egg rolls were great ! but i will never come to this location again because of how they try to cheat you out of what you are paying for . my forever go to location is 1263 winchester rd .

The outside doesn't catch your attention and the inside isn't special; however, my coworkers and I stopped in for lunch today, based off a recommendation. The food was wonderful!!! We all had chicken hood rolls. They were like a combination of quesadillas and egg rolls. They were served with salsa and sour cream, but were good without. The sides we tried were sweet potato fries, Buffalo fries, onion rings, and sautéed vegetables. All of them were great. If the food wasn't good enough, the service was extremely friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Bussin'!!!!! The vegan hood rolls, anything vegan is fye!!! The service is nice and the atmosphere is soulful.

Who ever the owners are PLEASE READ MY REVIEW!!!The customer service sucks! Idk who the girl was that took my order but she didn't seem to even talk to me when I ordered. Didn't even say "hi". I ordered the chicken wrap. Had only 2 leaf of spinach. 2!!! Very little chicken more bread then anything. If I gotta deal with shitty customer service and whack food then I'll take my ass to McDonald's!!!!

Do not order the salmon burger. It's NOT a burger. It's canned salmon that has been seasoned. Not a patty. Not a burger. Kind of a mess. Impossible to eat without fork. The turkey burger was ok though. This place needs that dude from Restaurant Impossible. Not going back.
