Great chicken n dumplings. Excellent strawberry cake. Breakfast is awesome, can't beat their hash browns!!! Staff was friendly, place was clean!!

Great service, friendly. The coffee was hot and plenty. The food came out hot and quick. We had a large party but plenty of room. The ham is delish, biscuits are flakey, pancakes (large), French toast was so yummy. Got coffee Togo.Cash only. Glad we stopped.

People who work here are very friendly and helpful. Food was nice and hot and had good flavor. Wife has the fish sandwich which she really enjoyed. Has two nice size pieces of fish. I got a hamburger, the regular size because wasn't very hungry. If your hungry for the large burger. Has two patties and little larger bun. If go here, look at the specials and other meals and desserts on the chalk boards. We didn't look and wished we had. There was a tenderloin meal that sounded really good. I'm all a good experience. Our first time here and to Heber Springs for that matter. Will review other place as the trip progresses.

This is a DINER, not a franchised Cracker Barrel or a I-Hop. If that is what you expect, then you are misled. If you have never been to a true diner, like they have out East, then you are missing out. The only difference here is that the diners in New York serve alcohol. I love eating here. It is just down home cooking by a staff that is attentive and work very hard to provide you a good meal and a nice experience. They actually care and they work harder than any other restaurant staff I have experienced here. It is an older building with an original indoor setting filled with happy patrons. We are lucky to have this here, especially since it is open daily from 6am to 10pm. You can always go there and get a nice warm reasonable meal. When we have had company we have taken them to multiple different "nice" restaurants in town. This is the only one where all our company actually liked their meal. We didn't chose it. They did after looking at the menu online. Everywhere else we have taken company, there were problems with the meals and the prices were ridiculous for the food we got, because it did not meet our expectations. I especially like that they have daily specials and it is just a comfortable place to be together visiting. No pretentious arrogant staff or patrons. Just down to earth people trying to make a living or have a meal. My favorite thing to eat there is the Cheeseburger soup. Sometimes I just stop by and get some to go. If you need a pristine setting with white linen tablecloths and wine with your meal, then you need to go somewhere else. Just appreciate the experience, be kind to the staff, order different things until you find what you like, and tip the staff well. They work hard for it and they deserve it.

Our server was rude. She shared her rudeness with every table we saw her wait on. Our food sat in the window while she was in the back. Sausage so thin and overcooked it fell apart. Toast was burnt. Hash browns were really good. Our server took our order brought our food and check. Never checked on us. Never refilled our drinks. Bad experience overall.

Good place for breakfast. The night time crew is a little sketch, drug addicts and drunks.

This business is small yes. They only take cash! The service was good & very friendly. The price of the food was high. I had bbq plate with ribs and pulled pork. The pulled pork was very dry and tasteless. It was also old. The ribs were dry and tasteless. Would I come back to this place?! No i wouldn't. I'm from out of town and I would recommend to go somewhere else The decoration was very old

Second time I've eaten there with my dad. CFS was good and dad was pleased with his cheese omelet.Service was great! Got served by a young lady who's about 10x better looking than Margot Robbie, lol. She was pleasant and very attentive!Ambience, just an old comfy diner with friendly people.Will be going back again!

They way the manager treats employees is the worse I have seen. There is no professional in the way he uses them when he needs them and then makes up reasons to take them off of the schedule he has no business being a manager.

Good place to get a quick lunch or dinner, but call first they aren't open like they used to be/
