Slim Chickens

After my last review Management reached out with a very kind and apologetic email, I want expecting any level of care to be honest- so by his reaching I was incredibly impressed with his level of concern and impeccable customer service that went above and beyond. I decided to give this place another try and as the drive through was busy I went indoors to place my order. I ordered the cayenne ranch sandwich meal and an order of mushrooms. There was a mountain of mushrooms, I was pleasantly surprised at the lightness of the coating, they were piping hot and the mushrooms were very good! It hit the craving spot for my dinner. The girls at the counter were really friendly, including the newer member of staff. They were delightful, thank you for making me feel welcomed and providing great service.

5 stars for the service alone. This was my first time going, so I stopped by on July 8th to grab a bite after work, and from the moment I walked through the door, there was a warm greeting. Once I received my food, three young gentlemen continued to check on me to see if I needed anything from the moment i entered until the moment I was about to leave. You don't get this service at some of the finest restaurants that you spend large amounts of money at. Normally, in most cases, you provide a tip to the individual who's providing a great service to you, but since I was torn between the three young gentlemen I couldn't only tip one for the fact they equally made sure i was good with my food and if i needed anything else. I had to tip all three. Crazy as it sounds, this generosity hasn't happened in a long time and really touched me, especially seeing this from our younger generation. The food was fresh and hot but the service was dynamite! I generally felt like this wasn't just work policy... it was genuinely how they were raised to treat all people. I will definitely be back. Kudos to the three guys working yesterday around 6pm

My mom loves this place and I came with her a few times. The food is good but I haven't found anything I'm in love with yet. The Smoked Cheddar Wrap with Grilled Chicken was ok but the chicken inside it was pretty good so I'd try a different wrap. I'm willing to come back but I am not sure if I am going to find anything here that blows me away like I'm hoping for. We hadn't ate there in a while, but my chicken sandwich was good. Food wasn't as tender as my husband liked. Not much ambiance to be expected. Parents needed to control their kids. Guess I am old fashioned, kids should stay in their seats like mine did. Things have changed.

The taste of the sandwich was good but the piece of chicken was small - it didn't even cover the bun. Look at the pics. I will not be coming back - I don't know if they are all this small or if this wasn't the usual but if they are all this small - no thank you and if they are normally bigger then they never should have let this one go out. They know what size it should be

I have been fascinated by the name of this business since they first opened. But the reviews weren't so great. I took a chance and went. I was greeted upon arriving and really liked how the interior was decorated. The Memphis bbq chicken sandwich appealed to me and I got the combo meal. I decided to combine the peach & raspberry iced teas. Once I received my sandwich and fries, I was pleased by the presentation and dug right in. The chicken had a great saucy flavor and slaw. The fries had a light seasoning. I recommend giving this place a shot!

3 1/2 star food served quick and clean. I appreciate and support their hiring employees that might require a little extra help or training. Solid choice for fast food.

Loved the wings and various sauce selections. Food was hot and tasty. Wait time only a few minutes.

After a full day on the road, we pulled into the Slim Chicken in Collierville, TN (Memphis area). It was our 1st time. Not only was the young man taking drive thru orders super professional and friendly, he made several excellent recommendations. (How often does that happen in a drive thru???)...Geat experience!We still had 3 hrs to drive to get home, so we left in a rush. I didn't realize til I got home that I had left my credit card at the drive-through. That's when I called and spoke to Allan Richardson, the GM at Slim Chickens. He was so nice and immediatelysearched for and found my card. When I asked if I could pay him if he would mail me my card, he refused to accept any payment at all, even though it was my mistake. A couple days later my card arrived at home as promised, saving me a lot of "credit card headaches".Thanks Allen and the rest of the Slim Chicken team for a great meal and excellent service. We will be back!

Terrible customer service experience with REAGAN. Will also let the corporate office know. Never have I had such a bad experience. Almost 20 minutes in the drive through and she didn't acknowledge me one time sitting at her window. Finally when she did speak to me after 20 minutes, I was told, "food made fresh to order!" Wow! Very disappointed. Won't be back for a while, and it was our favorite fast food place.
