Single Tree BBQ

We stopped in for our Valentine's Day dinner date. The dining room is always clean and tidy and a comfortable feeling place. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and will kindly explain anything you ask. The brisket was tender, smoky and seasoned just right. Did I mention tender? No need for a knife. The Red Neck Taco is always a good choice. The pork is flavorful and well prepared with the right amount of smoke. The slaw is crisp and crunchy with just enough sauce for flavor but not so much as to make a huge mess. Successful meal once again.

I really liked this place. We got in during lunch on a weekend and it wasn't too packed. The service was pretty quick. They come and get your order at the table, and they also had a small bar that serves beer. I tried their small sampler, chilli, and grilled cheese. My favorite thing here was the chilli and beans. Their chilli is soooooo yummy. I loved it!! I pretty much liked everything that I had here. I wasn't too big on the pulled pork, though. I've also never been that big on pulled pork so it's probably just me. Their brisket had a nice flavor. I also liked their curly fries a lot. Their spicy bbq sauce is very yummy!! I loved it!! I will definitely be back to try some of their other items.

The best smoked wings I've ever had! We also got the sampler as well w brisket, pork and sausage along side beans and Mac n cheese! Everything was outstanding!! Highly recommend and can't wait to come back

Absolutely amazing bbq. The brisket was extremely juicy and smoked fresh. Smoked wings are unbelievable and the service was great. Jason did a great job at making sure my drinks were always full and gave me great suggestions on what to get since it was my first time. Highly recommend!

Amazing meal at Single Tree! We loved the Mac n cheese, jalapeño sausage, corn bread and brisket! Wow it was all amazing and great for a large sized group. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Took the family to Single Tree for dinner. I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was a bit dryer than I'd like but the flavor was good and it tasted like quality meat. The dryness may have had to do with us being there later in the evening. The fried potato salad was exactly what it sounded like and had good flavor. I ordered a side salad and it was made fresh. They also had a nice beer selection and the server was attentive. Overall 4/5 but I'm rating it against killer places we love in Texas.

The best bbq in Murfreesboro. I have literally tried everything here and it is all delicious. Service is very friendly and always welcoming. Sports is always on the tv and the music is good. The owner will come out and chat with you to make sure everything is good. He is very nice and friendly!

We've been hearing a lot of buzz around town about this place, so we decided to give it a try. My husband and I don't consider ourselves BBQ connoisseurs, but we know what we like. We were immediately greeted by our server. My husband ordered the smoked bologna sandwich with potato salad. He devoured the entire thing and was ready to order a second one! The potato salad was good...a little dry compared to what I'm used to in the Midwest, but very good flavor.I ordered the BBQ burrito and LOVED IT! I dipped each bite in their mild sauce and I licked my fingers clean!Service was great. And the ambiance was casual, clean, and almost had a sports bar vibe, without getting blasted by TV's from every angle. Great experience and great BBQ. We'll be back to try more of the menu.

The wings are insanely good and the brisket is the best I've had in Murfreesboro! That Oreo pudding is deadly as well.

Ordered the sampler that had brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. The entire meal was barely luke warm. BBQ should be served steaming hot.When I brought it to their attention they apologized and took it back and supposedly attempted to warm it up by putting it in an oven. Food came back out 2 minutes later, still cold. If you've ever cooked in an oven you know that 2 minutes isn't enough to warm up food, so I don't know what they were trying to do back there. I told them that the food was still cold, so if they could just bring me to-go containers I would take it and warm it up at home. At this point their demeanor changed, and I'm not sure why, but they didn't offer any more apologies and barely made eye contact as I packed my food. Didn't even offer a discount for the poor experience either.So, if you like cold food, this may be the spot for you. But I won't be back.
