The customer service here is incredibly terrific. Elizabeth and her husband are top notch all about making sure the customer is happy! They turned what appeared to be a difficult transaction into something as smooth as butter. We cleared things up on the phone and everything worked out perfectly.

Absolutely terrible. I purchased a flower package through a company called "From You Flowers." They have florists throughout the country that they rely on to distribute their product. I found out once the flowers were delivered that the florist they used was this one. First of all I paid to have the flowers delivered the same day I ordered them - I made the order in the morning, so there was adequate time for the flowers to be arranged and delivered that day. I waited to get a confirmation that the flowers were delivered; finally around 5pm that night I called "From You Flowers." They had no information from the florist as to the status of the delivery. The flowers were suppose to be a surprise to congratulate my sister-in-law on the birth of her son that day, but I ended up calling her to find out if maybe she did have the flowers. Nope, she did not. So the next day, 7:30am, I call up to the company demanding to know where the flowers are. Once they were in contact with the florist, they had no reason as to why the flowers were not delivered, but did promise they would be delivered after 12:30 pm (per hospital rules), which I could understand. I call my sister-in-law at almost 2pm expecting to have heard she had her flowers - STILL no flowers. I made another call to the company, to which they contacted the florist; flowers finally being delivered. When my sister-in-law receives them she sends me a picture; the most pathetic flower arrangement I have ever seen. There was one white rose, some yellow cheap filler flowers, and lavender colored filler flowers. This was for a baby BOY. Not a hint of blue any where. Just ugly and sad looking. I would never have allowed this as a gift to my sister-in-law had I known it was going to look so shabby. So disappointing; especially after how much I paid for these flowers, including a 15 dollar service/handling fee. Nearly 60 dollars down the drain; I feel like I was ripped off. Would never recommend this florist to anyone.

I spent over $80 on a specific bouquet for my grandmothers birthday. What she got was nothing like what I ordered. I could have done the same thing by going to get my own flowers and sticking them in a vase. I have tried to call for 4 days now. No answer! I have tried to email. Email doesn't work. I don't know what is going on with this place. If you are ordering flowers online MOVE ON TO A DIFFERENT FLORIST! I don't know how they could look at the pic I ordered and feel ok to make and deliver what they did. Crazy to me!

OMG this is the worst experience! I have never written an online review before, but was so disgusted by my experiences that I chose to do it now. I called from out of state to have a basket delivered tomorrow morning. The florist stated all was in stock and easily done, but was unfamiliar with what I was looking at on her website but would throw something together for me. So I was not going to know what I was getting til it was delivered. She then attempted to correct what I wanted to put on the card, and was vocally disapproving when I asked her to please put what I wanted. Further, I was a bit surprised at the $12.50 delivery charge, but was ok with it, until Elizabeth (store Manager) could not guarantee that the arrangement would even be delivered in the am at all. She wanted to add money to the already high delivery charge to guarantee it otherwise it would be by the end of the day! Maybe I am out of state, but using mapquest, I was able to see that she would be delivering 3 miles away and I was calling the day before for scheduling purposes. Elizabeth must not need business, because she thought nothing wrong with hanging up the phone when I asked questions!Good news is, I called another florist who is actually further away who is giving me a nicer basket and charging less than half the delivery charges and was happy to guarantee an am delivery! Folks go elsewhere!

The worst flower shop in Jackson, I called and told them I needed a flower arrangement delivered to my wife's work and that I wanted to spend $45-$50 dollars at the most and they lady asked me if I would do $55 and I agreed thinking I was going to get a great deal. So I ordered the flowers and went about my business. At 5:30 that day my wife texted me a message about "I didn't wish for flowers", I was clueless at what she meant. They had wrote on the flower vase "Wish Granted" and on the card "Your wish is my command", she was livid. I was already in the dog house and I knew I did not tell them to put that on there. I told her I didn't say that and of course my wife understood thinking maybe they just accidentally switched someone else's message with mine. So another day went by and I was checking my bank account and I had a charge for $73 taken out of my account, I called up there and they stated that it was a $11.50 delivery charge (to go 2 blocks away at JMCGH) and $6 on tax...I told them I wanted my total to be $55(what we agreed on) and was expecting a small arrangement including all charges to make it this price. Lady stated that they should have told me but that there was nothing they could do about it now. Never will I use them, oh and half the flowers are dead now and its only been 2 days! I forgot to mention it only came with 1 Lily, 2 circus roses, 1 Gerber daisy, and the rest was pure greenery and fill in, definitely not $55 dollars worth of flowers. The lady on the phone really didn't liked when I told her this, she said "Excuse me sir those are nice flowers!" My wife ran a flower shop for 5 years and I know those are nice flowers but 4 flowers for $55, wth?????
