My work team called Fabiola to cater an event for us last month and it was perfect. It was clear that she and her staff have a lot of pride in their work, food and service. We have another large gathering of over 100 in September and I will definitely call her back. I like how she has plans available, but is willing to "make anything happen." This kind of service, flexibility and style is hard to find in Memphis TN.

Fabiola and her team catered a holiday luncheon for my department of about 150 people. They did a wonderful job. The food was all delicious, the staff friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure everyone had exactly what they needed. When the servers were done serving food they went above and beyond by going around the room to make sure everyone's glass was full and clearing empty plates. I highly recommend Simply Fabulous for any function that needs catering.
