Shelby Forest Corner Store

Nice folks and a little local gas station with good breakfast sandwiches. I love when gentlemen open doors and everyone you pass say's good morning. The lady at the food counter was so nice.

Best burgers in the forest, quick, so friendly, and everything we have ever tried is amazing! Seasoned fries are the best, BLT, burger... and the breakfast biscuits are worth driving to get! But come early, they sell out!!

Gotta try the burger, y'all. This place takes me back to a better time. If you're a tourist in search of ole time Tennessee at the outskirts of Memphis, or a local looking to get out of town, I highly recommend the Shelby Forest General Store. Located at the entrance of the most visited state park in Tennessee, this is an 83 year-old general store serving delicious hot food with southern attitude (in a good way!). Leave the iPads at home and take your kids to the Shelby Forest General Store.

Great hamburgers and fries. I haven't tried much else on the menu but if their burgers are any indication of the rest of the food, I am ready to give it a try.
