Sharks Fish & Chicken

I don't know why this place doesn't have more stars the food was excellent. The catfish and the shrimp were just spot on hot good packaged up nicely for a to go order. Great experience after the lunch I bought across the street at the Chinese place was just pure trash and went straight in the trash

1/2 meh.. 1/2 yay.. this location here boy, i tell ya . It's like a hit and miss.. but i have nothing too negative to say. Just please don't come here in a rush thinking you're going to be in and out if you didn't call your order in. Drive thru wait is 15-25 minutes... BUTTTT, the food is always fresh, so YASSSS GIRL.

The food was pretty good but the staff is a hot mess!My husband and my mother in law continue to go but they both complain about the staff yelling at each and at customers. Again the food is good but the staff need to act like they enjoy being employed and not as if they just don't give a damn!

There aren't a lot of non-chain fast food places in Hickory Hill, so I stopped here for lunch to grab better quality eats. I order the Catfish Po Boy (Fries and drink) combo. TThe fries were my favorite part of the combo. They were fresh and the seasoning on it was different... I would like to say a subtle lemon pepper flavor. The Po Boy left me with many questions and a lot of unmet desires. It wasn't a Po boy, more so a fish sandwich. (Those that have had a Orleans Parish Po Boy know what I mean.) The filet ingredients aren't highest quality (read: not large meaty catfish fillets), but it fits the price range. The customer service was nice. The fries are hitting.I can't say that I can judge anything much further because of the Po' boy, I'll try this place again and go for a different pescatarian option.

This location has the worst Staff, customer service very very unprofessional. After ordering my food from DoorDash and placing to pick up my food order. When I arrived to the restaurant to pickup my food. I told the young lady at the register. She acts as if she didn't hear me, then I say excuse me I'm here to pickup my order that I placed thru DoorDash for pickup. She told me that they didn't have an order for me without checking. Then another employee said that I need to contact DoorDash cause they don't have an order for me. Then another employee said what's your name so rudely. I told her then she said your first name. I told her then she said that's why we couldn't find your order cause it was put in your first name. When they gave me my order the fries had water all over them inside the bag and the fish wasn't cooked all the way and the order was all wrong. I asked if this was my order? They said yes. I Asked for the manager. The manager was present when she came rolling her neck and trying to swing her hair but it was too short, yelling at me. I had to turn my head to see whom she was speaking to like that. I told her that she was rude and very unprofessional. I asked her was she the manager? She yes, why? I asked if they could cook my food over and she said No! Take that up with DoorDash. I told her DoorDash didn't prep my order. So I casket can I get refunded for my order? She told me that I have to go and can't get service from them never again, So I asked for the corporate number and she said they not going to do shit to her cause she's the manager and will continue to serve food just not to me. The Staff needs new people that know how to work with the public and customer service skills a must

I've eaten there 3 times had something different each time all were very good service is professional and prompt inside dining is very clean and cozy!

Would give a zero if I could. I came thru drive thru for 6 party wings. I got to work to eat them and they are pink on the inside. I call the manager and I said hey the wings are not done he told me either bring them not or eat them we have other customers. How am I going to eat raw wings or bring them back and I'm at work until midnight. He hung up in my face. Never again please don't stop here I now understand why the place was completely empty horrible food and horrible customer service.

I really like Sharks catfish nuggets and fries. The family catfish and wings is a good value meal that feeds about 4 to six people easily. Would highly recommend this restaurant in Conway.

Wrong order given and I liv d to far to return it... and I was happy nary... I was told the only way I could get it replaced was to bring the food back.. by the time I got the line the food was half gone... DONE WITH THEM!!! Where's Crystal?

I use to love this place. They have went all the way down! The girl I'm the window was so rude taking my order then when I asked how much is a cup of water she said .55cents but told me I have to drive back around to order it !!!!! What!!!!! For a water???? Not to mention my wait time was 32 minutes OMG the worse!!!! I hate it here!!!!!
