I've been here many times. The owners are a couple and very sweet. The workers keep it clean! Nice decor!

Schlotzky's? More like Slow-tzky's. Waited 30 minutes to have room temp sandwiches and pizza brought out. Oh wait! I figured it out - they had to wait for everything to get cold before they brought it out because who wants hot pizza and sandwiches?? No pictures because I don't want to have any remembrances of this mis-adventure.Oh - one more thing. The sink in the men's room didn't work. "Employees must wash hands......." Great.

It's to bad because I really like there sandwiches but this one didn't make it like the other franchise cheap on the meat and way to much mustard. The brownie was very good

Went there today and noticed a diff set up. Haven't been there for awhile. The customer service was slow. The cashier was sitting and talking to someone while looking at the customers waiting for her. Not good. She didn't acknowledge them at all. She got up to go get her friends food and sat back down to continue her conversation with her friend. Not good. I was disappointed to see the meat selection has been narrowed down. No more pastrami or reuben's. Scholtzski was my favorite but I'll have to find another fav. I'm really disappointed about the changes that have been made.

Love their fiesta chicken sandwich. Get there a little early on Sundays to avoid a wait.

A great sandwich fixed exactly like I ordered. Staff super friendly. Sandwich was wonderful. Wish we had more of them in the Memphis area.

Stopped in to get BOGO pizza on Wednesdays . No line no waiting . I come here every now and then when they have specials..1st time trying cinnabon though

Outstanding sandwiches and great service. The sandwiches are very large so they're great for eating half one day and the other half the next.Enjoy!

I placed an online order on Jan 11 for pick up at 2:10PM. When I arrived to pick up my order. It was not there. Manager (ASIAN woman) asked me to give her my order number. I showed her the email confirmation on my phone. She went to back of location and spoke with her husband . She came back in front of store and said to me not good order number. I showed her email confirmation again. She went ahead my made my order. They did not offer any apologies or thanks yous. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE FOOD IS NOT GOOD
