I've only ever had sushi at this location. Both times I went it was because I was on a lunch break or didn't have much time. I ordered sushi because I felt like it would have a short waiting time - I was right. And the sushi is always good! The ambiance is cool, not too loud but it probably just depends on who is dining that day. Both times I was seated quickly and had a friendly server. For parking there is a small lot in the back, but if there are no spots there, it is located in the square so there are some street parking spots and of course the parking garage on the next street over.

Don't walk, run here! Literally one of my favorite places, especially for happy hour! The drinks are cheap & the food always hits, literally no matter what you get. Definitely a place you can come as you are, dress up or down. It doesn't matter. The vibe is always a fun time & the service is top tier! Tell em, Lauren sent you!

Price and taste was delicious. Delivered. Came quickly and the food tasted freshly made. The fish did not taste frozen. I got the California spicy salmon and seaweed salad. It was a great portion. And I paid under thirty for 4 rolls and the seaweed salad. Delivered. I absolutely recommend. Didn't go in so can't speak on service or ambiance.

I don't know how I've never tried this place as much as I frequent midtown, but last night I got my chance! Hubby and I decided to have a casual but nice dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was everything honestly! We did have reservations, but ultimately didn't really "need" one. We went on a Monday evening around 630pm and the place was practically empty. It really felt like we had the place to ourselves, which made it that much better. After looking over the menu, hubby ordered gumbo to "start." I ordered "The 901" sushi burrito. For our entrees, we both ordered the drunken lamb, which comes with mashed potatoes and broccoli. We definitely didn't anticipate how big the portions would be, but you definitely get plenty! I'd say pricing is pretty fair based on that alone. Taste: honestly EVERYTHING we tried was SO good! The gumbo was very good, the sushi was fresh and the lamb was cooked to perfection. I'm so glad we didn't change our minds and go somewhere else. I've found a new spot and I'll definitely be back to try a bunch more.

Had a solid lunch at Saltwater Crab. I ordered the peach salad which was very good. The peaches, blueberries, and greens tasted fresh. I loved the candied nuts. I ordered chicken to top it off. It was prepared fresh and was tender and tasty. 18 year old ordered the same salad with salmon. Husband enjoyed grouper sandwich. The fries were excellent. Service.was quick and friendly.

Saltwater Crab is now a must have every time I visit Memphis. I went here twice within the week I was there. The first time I went during lunch and had the lunch sushi special, can't recall the rolls I got but it was bomb. The side salad that comes with it, I loved it so much. The second time I went I got the Cajun fried rice with chicken shrimp and veggies sooooo good! The service the first time was impeccable, no complaints. The second time I went during a busier time on a Saturday so the server wasn't as attentive as I would've hoped. Overall, I will return for sure!

The food was delicious, and the presentation spot on. We went on a Saturday afternoon so it was quite crowded to be expected. We waited awhile before our service came to take our drink orders but when we receive them, the drinks were awesome! The ambience gives you the feel of being on a seaside shore other than it being super busy and the wait time the experience was good.

Don't let the outside fool you! The seafood is fresh, the sashimi cold, and the rolls are to die for! They have nightly food and drink specials in an open seating atmosphere. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Great price/ value too!
