This place is great. A wide variety of food. Ate here today for the third time and it just gets better. We think it is the best Mexican food in Jonesboro. The servers are polite and friendly and attentive. The manager is very polite and friendly. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming.

Salsa's has been my go-to Mexican place for several years now. I have never had bad food or bad service at this location. Portion sizes are plentiful and perfectly prepared every time. They have recently remodeled both the interior and exterior. I especially like their fajitas and their Salsa's Sampler dinner. Fresh chips and salsa are excellent.

I rarely eat at restaurants in jonesboro because they are unhealthy, not great, mostly fast food, and sometimes come with a case of food poisoning. I met a group of ladies at Salsa's and had no great expectations so I ordered the recommended ranchero dish and a side of refried beans to go since I arrived after they started eating. I saved it to eat for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised after heating them up. Both were delicious! Although, the Ranchero was supposed to have chicken and shrimp, I didn't see 1 shrimp nor taste any shrimp. The dish was flavorful and the refried beans were the best I've eaten having lived in Texas for almost 20 years prior. A cursory look around the restaurant, it appeared clean. Our waitress was very attentive. I would eat at Salsa's again.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Jonesboro. I play with the Delta Symphony, and for several years it's been my family's tradition to come here for lunch before every concert. The service is great and the food is delicious. I came here today and had to bring my cello in because it was too cold to leave it in the car. When they seated us, they let me keep it behind the register and took great care of it. They served us quickly and were very friendly. My favorite dish is the pollo adobado, grilled chicken with spinach in a creamy sauce. The free sopapillas (fried tortillas sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar) at the register are an added delight. This is definitely the best Mexican place in town, and I would highly recommend it!

Terrible service. Had to get my own silverware and napkins. Had to ask for the extra Pico I ordered 3 times. My drink was empty for well over 5 minutes before they came to refill drinks. Great food but burned the child's chicken nuggets twice!
